First off, I’m hiring a Chief of Staff: http://bit.ly/3Z4BB1e A little more about the role: We're looking for someone super high agency who is excited to work closely with me across all areas of the company including Product, Ops, Legal, and Growth. To give you an idea, that means everything from helping run our search, interview, and onboarding process for our next five hires, to overseeing our public product launch, to organizing our quarterly off sites. This role is especially relevant to those interested, or with a background in, residential real estate/homes and fintech/financial services. You will become a subject matter expert in both. For aspiring founders out there — this is a pretty unique opportunity to acquire a broad range of skills that will serve you when you start your own company. About as close as you can get to being in the CEO seat yourself (while still getting paid!).
