Gratitude in Action: A Thanksgiving Reflection As we gather with friends, family, and colleagues to celebrate Thanksgiving, I’m reminded of the power of gratitude—not just as a sentiment but as a driving force in our lives and work. This year, I’m especially thankful for the people who make CHANGE possible: the resilient teams who embrace new ways of working, the visionary leaders who inspire trust, and the colleag ues who show up every day with passion and purpose. Gratitude isn’t just about reflection; it’s about ACTION. It’s about saying thank you to those who’ve supported you, taking a moment to appreciate shared successes, and investing in RELATIONSHIPS that matter. To my team, clients, and everyone I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with: thank you for your trust, partnership, and shared commitment to creating meaningful CHANGE. Let’s carry this spirit of GRATITUDE beyond today and into every interaction we have—because together, we can transform challenges into opportunities and ideas into impact. Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! What are you most grateful for this year? Let’s start the conversation

The right people are what truly make an organization. When you have a team that shares the same values and commitment, it’s not just the work that gets done—it’s the culture that’s built.
As we wrapped up another year, our annual Christmas dinner was the perfect moment to reflect on the incredible people who make this journey so worthwhile. It’s not just the work we do. It’s how we do it. Every day, you bring your best. Whether it’s finding the right answers for our clients, tackling challenges with integrity, or simply supporting one another, your dedication shines through. You make this company what it is, and I couldn’t be more proud or more grateful. Thank you for the care, effort, and thoughtfulness you bring to everything you do. It’s a privilege to work alongside you. Here’s to celebrating this season and all the amazing things we’ll achieve together in the year ahead! 🎄🎉

Fiercegiving is my favorite made up holiday. After today’s event, I’m now considering the following three interview requirements for anyone looking to join the Fierce Creative Agency team. Thoughts? 1) Describe your feelings about tacos on Tuesdays. (Hint: the answer is just, “Yes.”) 🌮🌮🌮 2) Perform a scene from your favorite musical or cartoon. (Multiple characters welcomed.) 🥸🐙🧽 3) Prepare a Fiercegiving meal item of choice and bring in for taste testing. (Serving size: 10) 🍗🍠🥧 #FierceEssentials #softskills?
Happy Fiercegiving! We're thankful we paused for a meal with our amazing team. We enjoyed all the thanksgiving classics and great company. 🦃 #ThisFierceLife
Happy Fiercegiving

This Thanksgiving, Americans are set to travel in record numbers and enjoy slightly cheaper festive dinners, thanks to lower fuel and food costs easing inflationary pressures. Nearly 80 million people will travel at least 50 miles, with airlines expecting their busiest holiday period yet. Falling crude prices have reduced petrol costs, averaging just over $3 per gallon, the lowest since 2020. Meanwhile, the cost of a Thanksgiving dinner has dropped 5% from last year, though still higher than pre-pandemic levels. Economic concerns persist, with many families scaling back celebrations, and shoppers hoping for further price reductions under Trump’s presidency. Retailers like Walmart and Target are responding by offering budget-friendly meal bundles. Despite easing inflation, consumer sentiment remains cautious, with full recovery expected to take more time. To my IBM American friends and colleagues, whilst Thanksgiving is not a tradition that I celebrate, as a time for reflection and gratitude, it feels like the perfect opportunity to acknowledge how much I value working with you and appreciate the hard work, the collaboration, the smarts and the humour that you bring. Post thanksgiving, let’s turn the spotlight inward for a moment. While it’s important that we express gratitude for our families, friends, colleagues, and mentors, ✨ gratitude is also a gift we can give ourselves. Take a moment this week to recognize your own worth, growth, and contributions. Here are some questions to ponder: 1️⃣ What am I thankful for about myself? 2️⃣ What’s one challenge I’ve overcome this year that I’m proud of? 3️⃣ What qualities or values do I embody that I’m truly thankful for? 4️⃣ How do I show up in the world in a way that fills me with gratitude for the person I am becoming? More importantly, “𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲?” Write it down. Say it out loud. Share it if you feel inspired. I’d love to hear your reflections!

Reflecting on Gratitude Beyond Our Control 🍂 As Thanksgiving approaches, the air is filled with reminders to reflect on what we're thankful for. Friends, family, a roof over our heads, or perhaps even a solid financial foundation—all these blessings are worth celebrating. But one question I love to ask is: What are you grateful for that was completely out of your control? Think back over the past year. What made you thank your lucky stars? Was it a stroke of good fortune you couldn’t have planned for—or perhaps something you could have prepared for but didn't? For me, it's been the weather in NYC. This year, we've enjoyed a mild winter with hardly any snow and a summer that never reached triple digits. As someone who loves spending time outdoors, good weather is an unexpected blessing I truly appreciate. This simple exercise in gratitude reminds me of a powerful financial truth: While we can't control everything, we can prepare for the unexpected. What out-of-your-control moment are you thankful for this year?
