Multi-Public-Cloud #Myth Hi, I wanted to share a great session about "Why we shouldn't blindly follow the myth of #IaaS/#PaaS Multi-Public-Cloud". Corey Quinn is considered a well-known Public Cloud economist, as his company is hired to reduce outrageous public cloud bills. Corey Quinn states that the idea of "Multi-Public Cloud" is often promoted by cloud vendors, consultants, and hypervisor companies as they directly benefit from more complex, distributed architectures requiring their products/services. Even CoreyQuinn's own business could benefit from complexity. However, he consistently recommends focusing your architecture on a single Public Cloud Provider rather than attempting true Multi-Public Cloud. Corey Quinn has deep insights from analyzing countless bills, and says that in most cases the perceived benefits of Multi-Public-Cloud are overstated. Please check the real-world examples.
