🚀 Dynelectro ranks #24 of the Sifted Top 250 European startups The Sifted 250 ranks Europe’s 250 startups with the highest percentage revenue #growth over the past three financial years, calculated using a two-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR). Combined, the 250 startups have generated #revenues of €6.86bn over the past three financial years and employ over 25,000 people across the continent. On average, they have raised €70.67m in capital. To be eligible, startups had to meet the following criteria: headquartered in Europe (excluding Azerbaijan, Belarus, Israel, Russia and Turkey); founded in or after 2014; maximum full-time headcount of 999; private and #independent; majority of revenue must be generated by proprietary technology; at least three years of revenue data; and revenue (annualised if necessary) of at least €50k in the base year (2020, 2021 or 2022) and at least €500k in the most recent financial year (2022, 2023 or 2024). Companies were required to submit signed documentation to support disclosed financial information not publicly available. Some chose not to make their latest revenue figure public information. Sifted’s 250: Europe Leaderboard is out now! 👏 Selected from hundreds of applications, this ranking in partnership with Zoom, showcases the 250 fastest-growing startups across Europe in 2024 based on revenue growth. Across the year, Sifted has published seven leaderboards covering all corners of Europe from London to Athens and Berlin to Kyiv, to reveal the big themes across European tech in 2024. 🇬🇧 Congratulations to Allica Bank taking the #1 spot and all other startups featured. Our leaderboard is testament to the impressive European startup tech revival — thank you to everyone who applied over the year. In 2025 I would be delighted to double the number of companies on this list I can call a client. But is that a stretch goal? Let's set it as an Objective and Key Results (OKR) for myself for 2025. Objective: Become the Go-To Facilitator for High-Growth Startups Strategy reviews and refreshes. This objective is ambitious as OKR objectives should be. It has a nod to my niche around strategy and facilitation but are all High Growth startups a good fit for me? To achieve this outcome what can I set as suitable key results to review and work towards? Key Results: KR1: Facilitate strategy offsites or retreats for 3 aligned Shifted 250 companies by December 2025. KR2: Be featured as a speaker or facilitator at 2 industry events that cater to high-growth startups by June 2025. KR3: Develop and publish a case study showcasing successful strategy facilitation for a Shifted 250 company by March 2025. Are these measurable and time bonded? If I can score them on a scale of 0 to 1 I should see 0.5 and up as good progress and a 1 as pretty hard to achieve. So I certainly need to adjust KR3 as I already have a client on the list so that is a vanity metric! How about... KR3: Secure 2 testimonials from executives at Shifted 250 companies, highlighting the specific value your strategy facilitation brought to their business, by September 2025. With those timelines I will need to have a critical approach to the pipeline that will allow me to work towards them. What the OKR will do is help my decision making as I decide each day where my time and focus should be. It is now out there so as a company of me... Who will keep me honest on this?

Sifted is constantly on top of the coolest/most impressive/interesting startups and companies. Their focus is on Europe, and it should be, because it’s plenty going on here. It’s also true because the numbers say that. Last year's State of European Tech report shows that Europe continues to be a great ground for establishing your business. Compared to the US, China and the rest of the world, Europe was the only region that showed an increase in invested capital (+18% in 2023 compared to 2020; source in comments). A few days ago, Sifted published this year’s Sifted 30: Central Europe leaderboard (following the UK & Ireland one from earlier this year), which only emphasises more that Europe is a go-to place for both investors and founders. Great to see a variety of industries appearing there, including our friends from XEROF (congrats, Marc Taverner!), among other great startups Tylko, xFarm Technologies, SEON, Oddin.gg, HYDROGRID and others. You can definitely say that fintech, SaaS and climate-oriented projects are some of the strongest trends. And to take off one of the multitasking founder’s hats from you for a second, a small reminder: If you’re already a startup founder, you’re based in Benelux or Southern Europe, and you’ve been around for at least 3 years, you still have some time to apply to this year’s leaderboards! https://lnkd.in/dfgZynf4
