𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ✅ Establish and enforce unified systems and procedures for the stores department. ✅ Guide, motivate, and train the team to ensure smooth store functions. ✅ Maintain monthly records and verification of inventory and assets for all sites. ✅ Control and allocate materials during mobilization (e.g., barriers, porta cabins, fences, AC units, etc.). ✅ Conduct material reconciliation at the end of the project, under the guidance of the Q.S Manager. ✅ Manage activities related to the central store and resolve operational issues. ✅ Ensure all stores comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. ✅ Allocate storekeepers for every project and manage leave schedules. ✅ Reduce petty cash purchases and establish stock for frequently used items. ✅ Control and allocate power tools. ✅ Act as storekeeper for minor projects as needed. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: ➡️ 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 10+ years of experience in store management. ➡️ 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. ➡️ 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strong documentation, file maintenance, communication, planning, and organizational skills. The thought of life might be so demanding that it just makes you feel you can't be any better at all, it keeps on sucking and you feel you not worth it... *NEW CHALLENGES IS ALL I WANT* moving around and around like a merry go round can make you just feel hopeless and heartbroken....... to me I just see myself as a stagnant water in a location without flowing back or forward..... I just want a new challenge, I know am so hardworking and people around feels it so well but am ready to face a new challenge.... anyone will be so sweet now Warehouse officer, storekeeper, inventory officer, logistics Estates surveyor, facility manager, supply chain....all need now is a new challenge... A place where you give your all and you still not recognise at all nor give a lift up and still get wordy. I have come to realise that life is place were you need to get more challenges not any to succeed but to make me a better.
