Story time "Shoes. A luxury I only dreamed of as a kid. Growing up, they were reserved for the elite - rich kids with parents in government positions. My family? We were the 'barefoot brigade.' But one glorious day, my mom returned from our local Catholic church with shoe donations! Yes! There was just one tiny issue... she brought three sizes: 1. One size too small (hello, DIY slit in the back!) 2. One size just right (miracles do happen!) 3. One size way too big (foam inserts from our mattress, anyone?) You'd think I'd be thrilled, right? Wrong! Those shoes came with a price - bullying from the kids who actually owned their own. So, what did I do? I became a master shoe-hider. I'd stash them at the school gate, tucked away in a bush, hoping they'd still be there after class. Sometimes they were, sometimes they weren't (RIP, stolen shoes). And when they vanished, my mom would call an emergency meeting... with me. Growing up wasn't easy, but it was beautiful in its own way. We made do with what we had. Fast-forward to today. The team is growing but the mission remains the same. Keep Kids in Sports! (Almost 10% decline since Covid) Fundtool grew 36% in May alone over April. Our user base has doubled in one month. Each dollar raised using FundTool represents a real life impacted by our product. We are solving a huge problem that many families / teams are experiencing right now.
