I am pretty oblivious most of the time. Sometimes it's funny and sometimes not. This time it was funny, because this screen flashed up at a webinar I attended for insurance professionals for people to follow. I saw my friend, Nancy Germond, who was not at the event. I snapped the photo to send to her saying, "Ohhhhh, you're famous!!!" Then I got a little down thinking, "Aw, why aren't I mentioned???" I'm, 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚, under Nancy. Completely missed myself because I was busy trying to see if I follow everyone else. I understand this is a story done in Florida, but thinking this is only happening in Florida is foolish. I also understand everyone is talking about this episode on 60 Min. This same insurance company holds the largest fine in the state of Florida at 1million dollars who "used improperly licensed adjusters" meaning not licensed in the state they are operating in.
