Everyone has the right to ask an organisation for copies of information held about them. Some disabled people may experience communication difficulties and may therefore have difficulty making a subject access request (SAR). Every organisation has a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments if they wish to make a request.
❓ What is a reasonable adjustment will depend on the specific needs of the individual?
Before responding to a SAR you should talk to the person to find out how best to meet their needs. This may be by providing the response in a particular format that is accessible to the person, including Braille.
If an individual thinks you have failed to make a reasonable adjustment, they can make a claim under the Equality Act 2010 or the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (NI).

In horseracing, you'll see horses with a soft roll over their nose and probably think, "Isn't that padding nice?" Actually, the nose roll is there to block the horse's vision of what is immediately in front of them so they'll lower their heads and stretch their legs out to run faster.
Sometimes, we get so caught up in the day-to-day, we could use a nose roll, something to get us to stretch a little, look ahead a little.

Coming to a cattle ranch near you 🇺🇸
Im fascinated by second order effects of technology.
Every now and again a company/technology comes along that not only changes how a job is done (farming), but changes how we use, and *value* the real estate adjacent to the job (farms)
Commercial property people: if you could buy a warehouse, roll out some specific new tech, and increase its yield 1.5-2x in a year or two, that would be pretty sweet, right?
Hear me out:
Step #1 = buy cattle ranch 🐮
Step #2 = roll out halter: increase carrying capacity of land (~50% more cows), while decreasing labor and overheads (e.g. fencing, maintenance).
Step #3 = profit! sell your newly higher yelling asset, or hold it for the long term and build a portfolio, roll up the neighbors.
Halter has officially expanded to the United States! 🇺🇸🐄
Our CEO, Craig Piggott, recently spoke with RFD-TV about how our virtual fencing technology is helping ranchers manage their land more efficiently, boosting productivity and profitability.
As Craig shared, “You don’t build technology because it’s fun – you build it because of the impact it can have on a family and someone’s life.” And we’re beyond excited to bring this impact to American ranchers.
