Unfortunately, a scam has been brought to our attention that someone has been impersonating Focus HR staff, contacting potential candidates from a disguised email address, setting up and conducting job interviews over Microsoft Teams Chat, and making fake job offers. Once the candidate accepts the position, they are asked to supply their personal information, including their Social Security Number and bank info, for direct deposit. Please note that an actual Focus HR staff member will only email from a focusschoolsoftware.com domain, never careers@focusschoolsoftware.site, a gmail.com email address, or any other variation. We will only conduct an in-person or video interview, never a chat. If a Focus School Software representative has recently approached you about a job that you feel could potentially be fraudulent, please contact us directly by calling 727-388-2005 or emailing us at hr@focusschoolsoftware.com to verify that an actual member of our team contacted you. Please note that we do not work with headhunters or third-party employment agencies. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you contact us directly if you are in contact with someone claiming to be a Focus School Software representative.

1moPretty crafty - in a bad way! Everyone of us needs to always be alert and keep our senses sharp. And pay attention to the Security Awareness and Phishing Sim Training that our respective employers are paying a pretty penny for.
