MGA Update 📢 The MGA has updated the 'Change in Personal Details' application on the MGA Portal. Changes include a new section requiring applicants to disclose any direct or indirect involvement with sports clubs or the sports sector, detailing measures to prevent conflicts of interest. Applicants must also disclose any past sanctions or penalties from governmental, regulatory, or professional bodies, including international sanctions. Additionally, applicants can now electronically sign and upload the Personal Declaration Form and, if needed, the MLRO Eligibility Form within the Portal's Enclosures section.
