Ah, the job hunt—a mystical land where optimism goes to die, and hitting “submit application” feels like tossing a message in a bottle into a black hole. After what feels like an eternity in the trenches, it’s time to break down the true MVPs (and absolute flops) of the job board world—ranked by the number of jobs I’ve applied to and, most importantly, how many responses I’ve gotten. Let’s dive into the numbers, shall we? #humanresources #hr #jobinterviews #hiringandpromotion #jobalert #nowhiring #job #gethired #jobopening #jobfair #recruiting #jobopening #hiring #joinourteam #jobs #jobhirin #remotework #jobsearch #jobsearching #jobseekers #workingathome #hire

"Redefining Achievement: The Joy of Helping Others Succeed" As professionals, we're often told to list all of our achievements in our portfolios or CVs. These, they say, are our selling points. During interviews, we're encouraged to mention every accomplishment in detail, as these will highlight why we should be hired—or so they say. And that’s exactly what I did 😊 My biggest achievement, I thought, was hiring people from different countries, from staff level to top management, and managing various employee activities, all while working remotely. As a professional, those statements seem legitimate, right? However, I recently realized that these may not actually be my biggest achievements. Lately, I helped a friend and colleague land a new job with his desired salary after 7 months of unemployment. To be very honest, this is the achievement I am most proud of, both professionally and personally. He got the job not because of me, but because he is a skilled professional who deserved it. I was simply the medium to help him—but I am over the moon happy for him. So, dear fellow recruiters, when you're looking for talent, please prioritize those who are actively and positively seeking a job. Whether they get the job or not is out of our control, but helping those who are striving for a better opportunity is what truly matters. And to my fellow job seekers, wearing a ribbon that says "open to work" is not a bad thing. We don’t need to be embarrassed or ashamed that we are looking for a job… Just a little intermezzo this afternoon from me—hope it gives you something to think about 😊 #Recruitment #JobSeekers #CareerAdvice #ProfessionalGrowth #OpenToWork #Achievement #Hiring #HRCommunity #CareerSuccess #EmpathyInRecruitment

Job Searching (Full-Time) While I do thrive😭 in the chaos of applications and existential dread, I’ve managed to create a system that makes job searching just a little more bearable. Here’s a peek into my personal process for tracking applications and contacts. Organization is everything, so I built this tracker to keep tabs on interview dates, follow-ups, and more. (Not shown here: columns for Level of Interest, Notes, Contacts, and Application Links.) I hope this system sparks some inspiration and hope for those who are also "working for work." If you’ve got tips or tricks to make this even better, please share! Let’s tackle this super fun process together. #JobSearch #CareerJourney #JobHuntingTips #JobSeeker #JobSearchJourney
