Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Remote
As a Data Analyst you will support some of our important products and technology initiatives and priorities.
What will you focus on in this role?
Bring product priorities to life through a clear articulation of a user’s journey, behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Identify business impacts and outcomes by analyzing of complex datasets across enterprise systems.
Proactively analyze data to answer key business questions for stakeholders with an eye to drive business performance and communicate the details of the analysis with documented next steps.
Ability to understand the business data requirements, conduct data analysis and present findings leading to a logical conclusion and help with decision making.
Articulate and able to explain complex data analysis, outcomes and issues to different audiences and leadership levels.
Focus on gathering advanced understanding of multiple data structures, sources, and tools to guide business partners in the development of services analytics and reporting systems, which may include data visualization, business intelligence, or new data collection and accessibility.
Understanding systematic data to identify Services usages or processes and make recommendations to improve Services productivity or increase efficiency in processes with benchmarking historical trends.
Continually look for ways to improve regular delivery of standard analysis through automation, streamlining, and migration to self-serve platforms.
Enhance our capability to analyze and “make sense” of large sets of data and translate findings into insights to help make better data driven decisions.
Deliver all assignment work within quality standards and on time, often within stipulated timelines.
Collaborate with team to update existing training content and/or create new training content.
You’re extraordinary at:
Analytical problem solving and using fact-based decision making to solve business problems
Writing complex SQL queries to analyze data and share outcomes
Thinking through a business lens, with a focus on understanding the customer - their pain points and key drivers
Disciplined Scrum knowledge for different products in order to continuously increase velocity
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including products, services and sales in order to empower our client service delivery teams by fully leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to improve efficiency, growth, profitability, and client retention
You would have:
Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s or advanced degree a plus
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, exploration and SQL queries
Strong analytics skills and ability to break down complex problem.
Proficiency in writing SQL scripts and working with Excel
