NBCC (India) and Bharat Heavy Electrical (BHEL) has entered into the two memorandum of understandings (MoUs) on 7 March 2024. The MoUs include redevelopment of identified properties or facilities and renting or licensing of identified buildings or properties of BHEL on PAN India basis. NBCC (India) is in business of operates into three major segments namely project management consultancy, real estate and engineering procurement & construction. State-run Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) is engaged in design, engineering, construction, testing, commissioning and servicing of a wide range of products and services to the core sectors of economy. As of 31 December 2023, the Government of India held 63.17% stake in the company. Shares of NBCC (India) closed 0.04% lower at Rs 127.30 and BHEL rose 0.88% to end at Rs 257.45 on Friday, 7 March 2024. The domestic market is closed today, on account of Mahashivratri. Rs 132 crore LOA was issued by Indian Railway to RVNL for up-gradation of electric traction system. Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) said that it has received letter of acceptance (LoA) from Central Railway for overhead modification work up-gradation of existing 1 x 25 kV electric traction system. The scope of the order comprises of overhead modification work for up-gradation of existing 1 x 25 kV electric traction system to 2 X 25 kV AT feeding system in Wardha-Ballarshah section in Nagpur division of Central Railway to meet 3,000 MT loading target. The time period for executing the project is 24 months. The cost of the project is Rs 132.59 crore. Rail Vikas Nigam is in the business of executing all types of railway projects including new lines, doubling, gauge conversion, railway electrification, metro projects, workshops, major bridges, construction of cable stayed bridges, institution buildings etc. The company reported 33.16% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 478.40 crore on 17.38% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 6,714.01 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q4 FY23. #Below Video working of electric traction system
