As we enter this season of reflection, it’s a great time to pause and express gratitude for the people and experiences that shape our lives—both personally and professionally. Whether it’s the colleagues who inspire us, the teams that support us, or the family and loved ones who stand by us, there is so much to be thankful for. Gratitude has a way of shifting our perspective and reminding us of the things that truly matter. It’s in the small victories, the everyday moments, and the relationships that help us grow. As we spend time with family and friends, let’s remember to be thankful for the connections, opportunities, and experiences that make us who we are—and for the chance to continue growing and evolving. Wishing everyone a season of reflection, gratitude, and meaningful moments with those who matter most.

The Power of Gratitude: A Moment to Reflect As the year draws closer to an end, I find myself reflecting on the importance of gratitude. It’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of day-to-day life, but taking a moment to pause and appreciate what we have - no matter how big or small - can truly shift our perspective. Gratitude isn’t just about saying “thank you”; it’s about acknowledging the people, experiences, and even challenges that shape us. For me, it’s about cherishing friendships that have stood the test of time, like my connection with Daniel Southgate and Lily Cove over the past 20 years. When we approach life with gratitude, we create space for more positivity, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of purpose. So today, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on what you’re grateful for. Whether it’s family, colleagues, a lesson learned, or simply the chance to try again tomorrow ❤️ What are you grateful for today?

This week our US-based team is taking some time off for the Thanksgiving holiday week. Thanksgiving often highlights what we’re thankful for, but what about who we’re thankful to? This week, we invite you to reflect on one person who’s made a difference in your personal or professional journey—whether they know it or not. If you're up for this gratitude exercise: (1) write them a letter of appreciation (2) tag them in the comments sharing what you appreciate most about them

Post thanksgiving, let’s turn the spotlight inward for a moment. While it’s important that we express gratitude for our families, friends, colleagues, and mentors, ✨ gratitude is also a gift we can give ourselves. Take a moment this week to recognize your own worth, growth, and contributions. Here are some questions to ponder: 1️⃣ What am I thankful for about myself? 2️⃣ What’s one challenge I’ve overcome this year that I’m proud of? 3️⃣ What qualities or values do I embody that I’m truly thankful for? 4️⃣ How do I show up in the world in a way that fills me with gratitude for the person I am becoming? More importantly, “𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲?” Write it down. Say it out loud. Share it if you feel inspired. I’d love to hear your reflections!

This week, I had a powerful realization: the constant chase for more—more success, more achievements, more “stuff”—can leave us feeling empty. I’ve always been driven, but I realized how easy it is to get caught up in the endless cycle of wanting more, without fully appreciating what’s already in front of me. We live in a world that encourages us to constantly strive for the next big thing, but in doing so, we can miss the beauty of what we already have. I’ve learned that true contentment comes from gratitude, from pausing to acknowledge the abundance that’s already present in our lives. From now on, I’m choosing to shift my focus. Instead of thinking about what I don’t have, I’m going to be intentional about being grateful for what I do have—the people in my life, the opportunities I’ve been given, and the lessons I’m learning every day. By letting go of the need to always want more, I’m giving myself the gift of peace. I’m learning to trust that what I have is enough, and that more will come in its own time, when it’s meant to. So, starting today, I’m committing to a daily practice of gratitude—acknowledging the small and the big things that make my life rich, even in ways that don’t involve material wealth. What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? Let’s make space for more gratitude, one moment at a time.

This Thanksgiving, we're reflecting on gratitude—not just for the season, but as a mindset that shapes how we connect, work, and grow together. We’re incredibly thankful for the people who make our work meaningful—our team, clients, and partners. Your trust, collaboration, and inspiration fuel everything we do. Here are three things we’re especially grateful for this year: Our community: The relationships we’ve built with colleagues, clients, and friends remind us of what truly matters. Trust and connection: Your trust motivates us to create meaningful work that supports your growth and success. Moments that matter: From shared laughter to inspiring conversations, these moments enrich our journey. Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with warmth, joy, and appreciation. Let’s carry this gratitude into the months ahead and create new opportunities together.

As we approach the season of gratitude, I’ve been reflecting on the power of thankfulness in both life and business. Gratitude isn’t just about saying “thank you” when things go our way. It’s about recognizing the people, moments, and challenges that shape us. It’s about taking a moment to appreciate the team members who go above and beyond, the mentors who guide us, and even the lessons we learn from setbacks. Thankfulness creates a ripple effect. When we express genuine appreciation, it strengthens relationships, fosters trust, and makes those around us feel seen and valued. So today, I challenge myself - and you - to pause and acknowledge the people who’ve impacted your life or career this year. A quick message, a handwritten note, or a simple word of encouragement can make all the difference. Let’s make gratitude more than just a November habit.
