Royalty paying 8% yield to investors. Doesn't trade at same multiple as PrairieSky Royalty. Excellent acreage in the USA and Canada. Great long term investment. Estee Lauder EL-N  $85.01 Fundamental driver of business very strong - vanity products. Long history of well established brands. China growth has slowed, but overall is optimistic on company. Not founder run, but founder still owns large chunk of business. Is ~1% position in portfolio.   Paycom PAYC-N $170.24 Stock price off all time highs, which has presented a buying opportunity. Typically able to grow earnings ~20%. Very sticky revenue model that is recurring monthly. Churn very low. Hammond Power Solutions Inc. HPS.A-T $143.40 Dry transformers. Spending fair bit of money to ramp up production and capabilities. Strong balance sheet. Data centres are going to use a lot of power, so the story will continue. Trades ~10x EBITDA. Yield is 0.8%. (Target is $165.00) Enterprise Group E-T $1.97  Oil field services. Kept debt levels in check, bought back lots of stock. Electrifying well sites via natural gas instead of diesel (expensive and polluting). That decreases cost for customers. No dividend. Margins 40%. (Target is $1.95) Aecon Group Inc ARE-T $20.20 Global infrastructure building. Going to focus on increasing margins. Growing organically and by acquisition. Dividend has about an 8% annual compound growth rate over the last 10 years. Yield is 3.7%. (Target is $21.00) Griffon GFF-N  $67.88 A small cap making homebuilding products like garage doors. A play on homebuilding; there's a housing shortage. Low PE, but profitable.(Target is $87.40)
