We're looking for HR Specialist (Riyadh) Responsibilities: - Lead the HR functions at the Riyadh branch, acting as the primary HR point of contact. - Implement HR strategies that support the branch’s specific needs and the overall company objectives. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. - Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance appraisals, and ensuring employee satisfaction. - Administer payroll, and benefits programs, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations. - Develop and enforce HR policies to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture. - Provide support and guidance to management and staff regarding HR issues. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably within a creative or agency environment. - Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. - Strong leadership qualities with an assertive and approachable personality. - Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
