There’s currently no cure for endometriosis - but it can be managed with comprehensive care. Care should include both a pain management plan and a healthy lifestyle with good nutrition and exercise. Although further research needs to be done to fully correlate certain foods or lifestyle habits with the development or worsening of this condition, a balanced diet rich in antioxidants may positively influence endometriosis. #perthgynaecologist #perthgynaecology #perthobgyn #perthpregnancy #fertility #fertilityperth #perthivf #ivfperth #perthfertility

Here to serve you Sunday Zobo 😋 You'll love this one! Very Refreshing and Healthy. "I used to drink a lot of soda, but I realized it was a toxic relationship. I would consume at least two bottled drinks per day, so I challenged myself to go without soda and replaced it with Zobo(a drink made from hibiscus tea) when I needed a drink that wasn't water, It was worth it. As a professional in making Zobo, I even learned how to make a sugar-free version sweetened with fruits like pineapple, which I call fruity Zobo. Zobo has numerous health benefits, including: 📎 Zobo improves heart health, reduces the risk of health disease, lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol levels, and weight loss. 📎Zobo has anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes, arthritis, and cancer. It also supports liver health, boosts immunity, and fights off infection. 📎 Zobo can help improve digestion and relieve constipation 📎They contribute to anti-aging effects as they relieve stress and are a friend to our skin and hair.' stimulate the menstrual cycle 📎Drinking a cup of zobo after every meal can assist in weight loss by reducing the absorption of dietary carbohydrates. Zobo is also an excellent source of Vitamin C and can be used as an herbal remedy to fight off colds and infections and it helps in hydrating the body system. 📎 It is not advisable to add sugar to zobo drink to prevent fermentation and preserve its natural essence from contamination by non-natural essences. The disadvantage of Zobo: 📎 Consuming excessive amounts of hibiscus can result in stomach disturbances, such as stomach aches, diarrhea, and vomiting. 📎 People with low blood pressure should avoid drinking Zobo Tea. 📎The drink can decrease your concentration and focus, making you feel light-headed, dizzy and sleepiness 📎 Zobo reduces estrogen levels (regulate the menstrual cycle and pregnancy ) 📎It is recommended to avoid drinking hibiscus tea if you are taking birth control pills or breastfeeding. 📎 women should avoid consuming zobo while breastfeeding, as its safety during this period is unknown and studies suggest it may cause miscarriage some pregnant women may be allergic to zobo drink, as it might make them develop itchy red eyes, sinuses, or fever. DAY 3/10 Till I write you again, SEE YOU SOON 💙
