For service providers especially, late December is prime time. People are reflecting on the past year and gearing up to invest in their health, business, or personal growth come January. It's important that you stay top of mind, because then you’re far more likely to earn the trust (and the business) of your ideal client heading into the new year. Here's where to start: 1. Batch your posts early so you’re not scrambling during family time. You only need to batch 4-5 pieces for the next couple of weeks because people naturally spend less time online during the holidays. 2. Highlight success stories or testimonials that showcase your credibility. This is helpful while people are dreaming about, and planning for, where they want to be next year. 3. Tease any upcoming offers or events you’ll be launching in the New Year. Create anticipation now! Is this an area where you could use help? Cringe Alert: Holiday Edition 🎄📸 It's that time of year when the internet is flooded with sun-soaked snaps and captions that make us all collectively cringe a little inside. Here are some of my top picks: 1. "Don't mind if I do." (Because saying it once wasn't enough, apparently.) 2. "Out of office on." (We get it, you're out of the office—just like the other million people posting this.) 3. "It's 12 o'clock somewhere in the world." (An oldie but a cringey goodie as it involves a beer.) 4. "This week's view from the office." (Ah, the classic humblebrag.) 5. "Be rude not to." (Because politeness is paramount, especially on holiday.) 6. "Had worse Mondays." (Just rub it in why don't you!) While everyone's off perfecting their cringe game, I'm here to remind you that I help people with property. Whether you're looking to invest, need some management tips, or want to learn the ropes—I'm your guy. Cringe-free guarantees included 😉 **P.S.** If you spot any other cringe-worthy captions, drop them in the comments below. #HolidayCringe #PropertyInvesting #BeatTheDay

Holiday downtime isn’t for rest—it’s for strategic growth. The holidays are a quieter season for financial advisors. But while others hit pause, smart advisors double down. This is your chance to prepare for a thriving new year. Most advisors see the holiday slowdown as a time to relax. But the most successful ones? They use this time to: ✅ Reconnect with clients and send thoughtful holiday messages. ✅ Audit their marketing strategies (yes, that landing page included). ✅ Plan for the year ahead with clear goals and fresh campaigns. I’ve seen how small, focused efforts during quieter times can lead to great results later. Imagine starting January with momentum while others are just catching up. Financial advisors, don’t let the holiday season slip away. This is the perfect time to get ahead while the competition is distracted. Whether it’s polishing your messaging, upgrading your online presence, or simply reconnecting with your audience, small steps now can lead to massive growth later. How are you planning to use your holiday downtime? If you need help preparing for a standout 2025, let’s chat—I’m here to help. #marketing #success #financialadvisor

What would one new client by Christmas do for you? Create a stress-free holiday season? Boost your confidence in growing your business in the new year? Prove to yourself that you *can* do this? Allow you to take off time during the holidays without the guilt that normally follows? Show you that you're finally on the right track for bringing in the right clients, with ease to your business? That's what I felt the first year I saw the possibilities of growing my business. When I was able to see how I could get dream clients much easier than the ways I was getting tough clients before. You don't need to be filling your calendar with networking events or trying to constantly pitch to every person you meet or offering sales to your friends and family trying to get new clients. Instead, you need to be spending your time marketing your business on social media and letting your calendar fill with sales calls instead. If you started *now* with showing up consistently on social media and networking daily, you could have a new client by Christmas. But the longer you wait, the less likely that will be. Organic marketing on social media doesn't always happen overnight, which is why now's the best time to start. If you've been waiting for the "right" time or pushing it off hoping you can do it on your own but realize you're running out of time, send me a dm with CLIENT and I'll share with you my 4-step framework that will lead you to booking one new client before the end of the year!

SAVE THE DATE 📆 can it really be halfway through the year? Time sure does fly. Whether you've succeeded in getting organised and planning ahead during the first half of the year, it's never too late! Here are some areas to focus on in July, August and September ⬇️ JULY: 🔹 It's time for your 6 month review! Have you hit the goals you set out at the end of last year? This isn't about beating yourself up - it's about taking stock, re-evaluating and planning ahead! 🔹 It might feel like summer has just arrived, but autumn is fast approaching! Start planning out your seasonal content/timings now. AUGUST: 🔹 Dreading the word "Christmas"? Before you know it it'll be everywhere, so get a head start and work on your festive strategy and content plan now. 🔹 Take some time out - often the summer holidays are a quieter time, and focusing on ways to grow your business is productive. But it's also a good opportunity to hit pause yourself and recharge. SEPTEMBER: 🔹 Halloween falls at the end of October - are you doing anything to mark it? If so, don't leave it till the day arrives and rush to find an appropriate instagram post! Plan ahead. 🔹 Heading into the final quarter is a good time to look again at the numbers. Plan for a quarterly review at the start of October to put you in a strong position for the last few months of the year.
