How many of them are late? I’ve never dealt with a company that can’t make their deliveries on the their schedules times. Sending a package priority is just a waste of money because it means nothing to FedEx. I have yet another patient who won’t get their medication on time because of a FedEx delay. And the geniuses at the top of this company can’t see the problems. A patients medication shipping from PA to PA has to go thru Charlotte which causes most of their delays and they aren’t smart to figure out a better way so the packages get there on time. Besides I can’t imagine how much money it costs the company to ship like that. What great business people

Surprised there wasn't a mention of fdx on the earnings call. If there's material traction with the solution, it might have been a bright spot on a pretty rough call.

Please help me out FedEx customer service I don't know what to do again, what is going on with the company package from China to Monrovia Liberia, what the package still doing in France (ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE CEDEX FR) This is the package number :279623237180 Please help me we don't know what is happening with the shipping there The company depends on it . We are losing customers The shipping agent told us in 7 days time We are in the 10 days now We needed it quickly that's why we choose shipping by Air. Please help.

We have a problem with FedEx agents in Morocco. They always procrastinate and do not answer our calls and questions.
