Volunteer managers, development professionals, and nonprofit organizations as a whole are facing new challenges as they look to connect with younger audiences. This group of leaders took time to review Habitat Communication & Culture's "Shaping Tomorrow" report, commissioned by Community Foundation of the Ozarks. The study considered important questions like: ❔ Do younger residents define charitable giving differently than their parents? ❔ What unique motivations and preferences drive those under 40 to engage in charitable giving or volunteerism? ❔ How can nonprofit agencies build and maintain trust with younger audiences?
