The example of the staff being positioned up front reminds me of car sales, where you are bombarded with sales staff the minute you walk in when you want to browse a bit first. It's fascinating to see the psychology behind that and how FastSensor can detect it. As a designer specializing in event branding, I'd love to see some data on how graphics can affect people's psychology and how they interact with booths. Victoria Matey and Courtenay Worcester, this is an excellent article.

AH-MAZING. Actual complete data suggesting behavioral changes are due to specific booth designs and strategies. I don't think this kind of information was available before FastSensor... Surveys are helpful in their own way, but this takes the data set to a whole new level with no human bias. So proud. 😍

It is one thing to measure charts and graphs on exhibit data but to have the behavioral sciences approach is an incredible step.
