Find a voice that directly speaks to your target audience that might be professional or conversational. It helps to build recognition and trust Try creating a short list of three words that lay out your brand’s tone. You can use these questions to help frame up your answers: Are you sharp, fast, and pointed? Are you or your product smooth, easy and effective? Will you make your customers' lives stress-free, unburdened, and organized? The language you choose to use as a brand will be integrated throughout the entire business, so it's important to craft a tone which matches your brand's personality. Voice is essential to humanizing and making your brand recognizable.
