This weekend, Viccarbe Logistics has become a key distribution center for a solidarity effort following the DANA, a severe weather event that occurred two Tuesdays ago in València (Spain). We have received two trucks carrying over 30 pallets loaded with 23,000 masks, drinking water, food, hygiene products, clothing, and other essential items. From our facilities, the Viccarbe team is responsible for managing and organizing these resources, while volunteers take care of their distribution to the most affected towns in València. This initiative underscores our commitment to our community and demonstrates how solidarity and teamwork can make a difference in times of need. We are proud to witness the dedication and effort of everyone involved, showing that at Viccarbe, solidarity is more than just a value—it is an action. #ViccarbeSolidarity #Commitment

Life throws curveballs, and mine came in the form of a Crohn's disease diagnosis in college. Suddenly, gluten-free became my new normal. That same year, Sprig, a San Francisco food tech startup from the "Uber for everything" era, contacted me. The customer experience was digital, and it showed dietary flags, but it didn't always work optimally. Those flags meant to provide transparency were unreliable and prone to human error. This disconnect led to a two-year project within Sprig: the development of a digital culinary resource planning system built from the ground up—recipe by recipe. My goal was to ensure the customer data was accurate and reliable. As a gluten-free consumer myself, I craved this level of trust when making food choices. This project paved the way for Galley, a standalone business built on the foundation I created. Today, Galley brings recipe-first transparency to the world. The initial response and numbers exceeded our expectations. I am deeply grateful to every restaurant owner we have interacted with, whether they encouraged GoSelfServe or not. The insights from the restaurant owners have been invaluable. Most of the folks we talked to are our partners today :) At GoSelfServe, we manufacture our own hardware and build our software entirely in-house, both developed from scratch with real-time feedback from partners and end users. I greatly appreciate our restaurant partner' patience in dealing with initial minor issues. I recall one restaurant owner saying, "You are doing R&D in my outlet." Thank you for your support. Today, we proudly offer a product on par with those of top global companies. The seamless integration between our hardware and software has delivered exceptional results for every stakeholder. The vertical integration has enabled us to scale rapidly. We've invested little in marketing, yet our reach has expanded significantly, thanks in part to online food aggregators & content creators. Public acceptance has been outstanding. Thank you to everyone who has made GoSelfServe their go-to method for ordering food in restaurants. We started with standalone restaurants, our main focus even today, and now, with our hardware stabilised, we are targeting brands with a pan-India presence. We have onboarded five brands in the last four weeks. Thank you to our multi-chain QSR partners for your support and belief in our vision. Lastly, the GoSelfServe team has been phenomenal, managing the entire supply chain, developing the software stack from scratch, and closing sales, even when partners were unaware of the value GoSelfServe could bring. The operations team has ensured our kiosks are up and running every day. The R&D team for bringing out GoSelfServe to the world and stabilising it as we scale. The Finance team for ensuring smooth transactions with our partners & ensuring 100% settlement success rate. We've been bootstrapped for the last two years & recently raised our seed funding. Thanks to our investors for believing in GoSelfServe. In two years, GoSelfServe will be a brand to reckon with in #QSR, #Retail, #BFSI, #Automotive, and other sectors. Lastly, as an entrepreneur, reaching milestones like these reassures you that you're on the right path to making meaningful changes in society with your solution. AI-powered dog food vending machines?? 🤖🐶 Why the heck not. This doghouse-shaped treat retreat is designed to allow Finland's 800k pups try Hau Hau Champion's dog food before buying. Its intention is to increase brand awareness, yes, but also reduce food and packaging waste by making sure doggies love their food before owners commit to the purchase. With prototypes in malls and pet-shops, the machine uses Ai facial recognition technology to spot pups prancing by and also used UV disinfection technology to ensure each dog gets a fresh, safe batch.
