A huge congratulations to ExxonMobil on the 25th anniversary of this landmark merger! It's remarkable to see the impact this union has had on the energy landscape over the past quarter-century. This milestone is a testament to the dedication and hard work of countless employees – a well-deserved thank you to each and every one of them. I'm particularly encouraged by the focus on the next 25 years and the recognition that the world's energy needs are evolving. The commitment to meeting these needs with reliable and affordable energy while actively working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions is crucial. The acknowledgment of the dual challenge – expanding energy access and mitigating climate change – is a realistic and responsible approach. It's clear from the Global Outlook that ExxonMobil is preparing for a future with "more changes," and I'm confident that the company's innovative spirit and technical expertise will be vital in navigating the energy transition. Here's to the next 25 years of progress and innovation!
