The "X" will begin to move in direction **C** when the handle is operated as shown. This is due to the mechanical linkage and lever system depicted in the diagram. When the handle moves downward, the linkages will cause the "X" to shift in the opposite direction of the handle's movement, which in this case is to the left. #MechanicalSystems #Physics #LinkageMechanism

When you run a test... Don't get fixated on the numbers. Claire More shared in Convert.com's workshop on "CRO Case Studies: How to Do Them Well & Without Backlash" last week this great point: "A test is only as good as its insights." Rather than getting caught up on just the numbers, whether it's a win or loss, think about: What have you learned? What is the next step? Only then are CRO experiments actionable. Whenever I run a test and review the results, I stop and imagine a supercritical stakeholder responding with, "So what?". Then, I challenge myself to explain succinctly the so what, the insights learned, and the next steps (in less than 30 seconds, because stakeholders are busy).  Just one of many insights from a great workshop Deborah O'Malley Simon Girardin, Carlos Trujillo and Clare More. The workshop was also the start of Be Better November CRO Month with Convert. I love this initiative as it focuses on learning daily, through a month-long committed celebration of data literacy, community, inclusivity, case studies, interviews, advice to reframe your mindset, and more.
