✨️Happy Fri-yayyyy!!! We made it another week🙌🏿! I hope you made some progress in your personal goals and advanced your organization's goals too. This weekend, to everyone celebrating Spring🌻, may you smile BIG, laugh OFTEN, and enjoy your families. Whatever you do, when next week comes, and we do this all again...why not join me and others... As we work TOGETHER, for the GREATEST GOOD of course! But before you close out this week, here is a visual of change 👇🏿 demonstrated by a berry🫐🍓 AND Some light reading 📚to help encourage your heart AND give context as we seek to declutter clunky processes and ideas: "Government should be collaborative. Collaboration actively engages Americans in the work of their Government. Executive departments and agencies should use innovative tools, methods, and systems to cooperate among themselves, across all levels of Government, and with nonprofit organizations, businesses, and individuals in the private sector. Executive departments and agencies should solicit public feedback to assess and improve their level of collaboration and to identify new opportunities for cooperation." Every Avantax Growth through Community meeting is special, but our recent Anthem, AZ, gathering was especially memorable! Longtime meeting leader RICH FENGER passed the torch to Tiffani D., who's excited to carry on what Rich helped build over the past 11 years. As the new meeting leader, Tiffani told us she's most looking forward to "Spending time with other Financial Professionals, building relationships and sharing best practices for our businesses and clients." #AvantaxCommunity #WealthManagement

What an amazing day ☺️ 3 AM alarm clock. 6 AM flight from NOLA to Newark. 11 AM (EST) team meeting to iterate on noirpress.org & portalx.space 2PM Juneteenth panel on Black (economic) Liberation. 5PM Black Yalie dinner. 6PM Dispensary visit. 8PM Train to NHV. Today was one of those days where you feel uber favored by Divinity and in perfect alignment with your purpose. So many close calls and moments when I thought the day could fall apart. But it just kept getting better. Shoutout to my team. Shoutout to my new friends from Ebony & Louise’s important event. I’m grateful to our hosts and all my co-panelists for all the things you taught us and all the ways you challenged me to sharpen my voice. I’m grateful for all of you who came to engage in some deep and radical conversation post-event. I’m grateful to Maxim Thorne for your constructive feedback. I want those I engaged with today to know: I don’t seek to minimize the level of terror that the white structure has exacted on our communities every time we have built power. I have agitated about that for as long as I can remember. But now, the only thing that excites me is immersing myself in the truth of our infinite collective power. The truth of our incredible capacity to overthrow systems of oppression with love, strategy and unrelenting precision. I do not believe that they are more powerful than us. I can never believe that. They’ve only been able to back us into these corners because of our lack of unity and awareness of our power. They know our power more than we do. And they fear it. Which is why they work so hard—with generations-long strategies—to suppress us. But we have overcome. The very fact that we continue to lead culture just by existing should show us that WE are THEIR North Star. Please, let us continue to have these conversations. Let us continue us continue to build bigger, dream wilder. We owe it to our Ancestors and to our descendants. PS: please send me pics! #15cents #Juneteenth #LiberationfromWithin

Some days back, on channels television, while i watched the news concerning the on-going protest in Nigeria, a story was told, about a youngman with great potentials and a bright future who was unable to further his education in the university due to financial reasons, he enrolled in one of the tech courses and underwent training for a month, with the skills he gained, he got a job, and from there, everything kicked off, that was the beginning of his career, today he's one of the top executives at KPMG.... the world has undergone tremendous evolution globally, and alot of changes have occurred and is still ongoing. Our latest "Out and About" gif spotlights this, but it's more than just a highlight reel: It represents our community's spirit of caring, action, and impact. Each event, conversation, and connection reinforces our belief in the power of community collaboration. But here's the real question: How can your organization get involved in advancing our community?

The developmental process of becoming one of the best strategic customer success ambassadors is through learning and relearning. CustomerSuccessU.org has created a lifetime learning technique from the fundamental stage to becoming a Certified Customer Success Specialist (CCSS) professional. I was surprised to be added to the CustomerSuccessU.org community. This means a lot to me because I will not only learn to become a customer success management specialist, but I will also be part of the strategic community and get to learn from other professional captains of a large sea of knowledge. These are my takeaways: Strategy: I have learnt the act of strategising and understanding the importance of creating the best line of futuristic plans by interfacing with customers. Departmental synergy: Liaising with other departments to understand those who are truly customer-centric in nature, even when they are not customer care personnel but their hunger and zeal are to see others smile. Converting Negative Situation: Converting negative situations to standardised feedback can act as a conduit to ways and means of an operationalized process of working and also product improvement. Interpersonal Relationship & Work-Life Balance: This is really about me. As a workaholic, I always want to get issues resolved, and because of this, I pay less attention to myself as a result of trying to meet the delivery period. I love it when it is perfect and when a table is clean, Even when I know that a clean table is a mirage, more work will always come. I learnt to strike a balance and still achieve the same targeted milestone by using a network of interpersonal relationships in the office. I'm so happy! 😊 I look forward to more refresher training and knowledge impartation from the CustomerSuccessU.org community. Cheers!
Join us in welcoming new members to the CustomerSuccessU community: PAUL ODEBIYI, Bulelani Cira, Prajwal Naik, Soubitya Seal, Collins Okonkwo

Reflecting today on the inspiring 'More Than a Village' conference yesterday and the learning shared from ten years of Blackpool Better Start, Sure Start and much more besides. Thanks so much to Clare Law and to everyone who contributed. One key message for me was the importance of trust and allowing for local difference within accountability and outcomes frameworks and not seeking a simple or over-simplified view of what success and impact could and should look like - striking a balance of consistency where it makes sense with local flexibility. I found Sally Hogg's points about seeking a realistic view of what works and what might be impactful really helpful - bringing the evidence that's available (with healthy questioning of its relevance, especially for minoritised and disadvantaged communities as we discussed last week at the Nesta and Foundations – What Works Centre for Children & Families event on parenting interventions), in particular the common elements of evidence-based practice and change at a systems level, together with the voices and testimonies of local individuals and communities to shape and create local solutions. Really looking forward to contributing to the next stage of the journey, as a member of the Expert Advisory Board and linking to the Common Outcomes for Children and Young People Collaborative.
🧡 Proud doesn’t come close! What an incredible day at our ‘More Than a Village’ conference with 945 early years friends! ⭐️ Huge thank you to Sir Peter Wanless Chris Cuthbert Dr Cheryll Adams CBE Hilary Kennedy CPsychol (HPC) AFBPsS Jean Gross Beckie Lang Paul Ramchandani Sally Hogg Leon Feinstein and Naomi Eisenstadt CB. What an absolute dream team! 👶🏼 It was such a privilege to be able to share, with so many, the difference our programme has made locally, telling the story of the impact on our babies, young children and parents in Blackpool. 🚀 And what a great time to share with others the scale of our ambition, using our local learning to scale and grow and support so many more. You can also read the paper on Systems Building by Chris Cuthbert and I by clicking here https://lnkd.in/eR_ufNg5 💫 Exciting times ahead for Better Start 💫
