Excitel Broadband Worst service provider ever. Below spoc from Varanasi provided internet connection from Excitel Broadband. Past 2 days, there was no internet (happens half of the month every month) . This guy stopped picking calls. When called from another number, his response “ you are lucky that I am speaking to you, company doesn’t talk to anyone, please remove your connection, I didn’t ask you to take excitel connection”!!!!!!! I am writing to express my extreme frustration with your poor service and lack of resolution regarding my repeated requests to terminate my connection since 8th November 2024. Ticket Details: First Ticket: 70647126 Second Ticket: 70693432 Third Ticket: 70736353 Every time a ticket remains unresolved for days, a new ticket is created, but no meaningful action is taken. On 12th November 2024, I called customer care at 6:45 PM and selected Option 3 for billing and related inquiries. After waiting for 6 minutes, my call was answered, and I was informed it would be transferred to the Termination Team. However, I remained on hold until 7:22 PM without any assistance. This prolonged wait time and lack of response is unacceptable and only adds to my dissatisfaction. This isn’t an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, I have tried reaching out via phone and chat support, but I only receive generic replies stating that the ticket has been escalated and will be resolved on priority—yet nothing happens.

Excitel Broadband In just 20 days, I have faced two connectivity issues. The first lasted for 5days, and now for 6 days and counting. I can't cooperate with you guys anymore I want to discontinue your services and need a refund for the remaining days of my plan. I have tried reaching customer care and sent emails, but all they did was raise a ticket, put my request at top priority or schedule a callback, and then nothing happened. I have never written anything like this to anyone but screw you Excitel
Excitel Broadband i requested for connection shift on 28th and i was promised that it will be done within 4-7 days. Today is the 7th day and i have not got the service done. With my previous experience with excitel i know it is a horrible company with the worst people but every day excitel does something to make me feel even worst. You people are thieves, cheaters and fraudulent.
Dear Excitel Support Team, I am outraged by the complete lack of professionalism and responsibility shown by Excitel regarding my security deposit refund of ₹2000. I disconnected my service on February 29, 2024, with Complaint ID: 68871419, and it is infuriating that, after months of follow-ups, I have still not received my refund. Each time I call, I am either put on hold endlessly or spoken to with rude, dismissive behavior by your executives who offer no solution. This level of disrespect and negligence is appalling and reflects extremely poorly on Excitel’s commitment to its customers. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue and a clear timeline for when I can expect my refund. I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further if this continues to be ignored. Worst service providers ever , I have been trying to connect with your customer support team for the last 2 days , and the repose I receive is hanging the call and making us wait for 1 hour till we disconnect.. you representative promised me to install the connection yesterday and till now no one has contacted me . Worst ever service, can you please refund my money , I really don't think you guys can provide a better service. If this is the case before installation then there is no guarantee of your team to help in any situations
Such a worst service you have and sharing such bogus statements , you are openly saying 4 hrs service resolution but it's never ending

2moExcitel Broadband I have been chasing your team for more than a week and till today the issue is not resolved. I have been facing frequent disconnection issues for almost a month (after the device was changed in sept) and so raised the ticket #70561417 through your mobile app. Every time when I contact you through your helpline I'm assured that the issue will be resolved and after performing some troubleshooting steps a request to change the device is raised, you will be surprised that I have coordinated to do this 4 times and all 4 times the request to change the device is closed without site visit. Just imagine the frustration I am going through because of this unprofessional behaviour. As I have been using your services for more than 3 years I want to give it a last try before checking other broadband options in my area. Check if this can be resolved within 1-2 days else you will surely be losing a customer.
