Burnout is a real issue, and it's something we need to address more openly. I've sat in boardrooms with business owners and executives who’ve justified their decisions on promotions and bonuses using flawed logic—often pushing their teams to the brink of burnout. Unfortunately, those organizations eventually struggled or didn’t make it. Devotion, like Respect, is something you can’t demand. You might ask for it, but you'll never truly receive it until you've earned it. Sustainable success comes from fostering a culture where people feel valued, supported, and respected. At eWire Online , we're tackling these challenges head-on. Our creative learning platform is designed to help organizations build healthier, more balanced work environments. We provide the tools and resources for leaders to foster respect, encourage development, and support mental well-being, ultimately leading to more engaged, motivated teams. A healthy workplace isn’t just good for employees—it’s key to long-term success. Audra Lamoon F.I.T.O.L , Melissa White, CAPS, CAM , Kai Bailey

There are plenty of workplace myths that are damaging to culture. As employers, we need to understand these and do better: 1. Not attending drinks after work… ↳ Doesn't mean you're not a part of the team. 2. Remote working… ↳ Doesn't mean your teams aren't working. 3. Having hobbies outside work hours… ↳ Doesn't equal a lack of commitment. 4. Going on parental leave… ↳ Doesn't mean you're relaxing. 5. Having a purpose-driven business… ↳ Doesn't mean sacrificing revenue. 6. Being reserved… ↳ Doesn't mean you have zero to contribute. 7. Having a great skillset… ↳ Doesn't make up for a bad attitude. 8. Having free coffee… ↳ Doesn't mean it's a great culture. We should build a culture that focuses less on how we work and more on what we get done ✅ ♻️ Repost to help debunk these workplace myths. And follow Chris Donnelly for more.
