We’re so pleased to receive the bronze award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), as part of Evri’s commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant (AFC). At Evri, we recognise the importance of demonstrating our support for the armed forces community, both acknowledging and understanding that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect. This is why we have signed the AFC, as well as creating a new Armed Forces Policy, to support our current colleagues who have served, are serving or are immediate family members of someone in the forces, as well as those that may be interested in a career at Evri. After trying to deal with your CHAT helpline and trying to speak to a human being through your telephone helpline, I struggle to believe that you actually employ anyone at all. As such, how could you possibly qualify for an Employer's award of any kind. Given the fact that you clearly don't employ anyone, I'm offering my help with your much needed new rebranding exercise as your last one isn't working as it's completely misleading and inaccurate. You can solve all of that by following my suggested rebranding found below with various visual suggestions provided
I'm still awaiting a parcel which apparently was out for delivery last Fri where apparently an attempt to deliver was made at 11:30 at night ! The photos taken was of the item clearly in the back of van and since then all I get is automated messages of we are sorry we were unable to deliver we will try next business working day only to get the same message in the time period you say you will deliver. So you're not even trying to deliver. It's getting to the stage where I will literally just go to your depot and pick it up myself ..but wait 🫸 can you do that the answer is no because the number on line for the depo is the same ridiculous customer service nu that doesn't get a human just a ridiculous bot on a loop no one to complain to if I don't get any response threw social media then maybe see how you feel being shamed on national TV via programmes such as RIp off Britain ..as I will get in touch with them next and voice my anger with your company via their show
Evri, if the reason for doing NOTHING & telling me NOTHING about any of the SEVEN deliveries that you're currently screwing p is not Unprogrammed, Impolite, Untrained or Unable, the one other potential reason for you doing NOTHING & saying NOTHING is that you are all so exhausted & your arms are so tired from all the time you spend congratulating yourself & patting yourself on the back for all of the faux, meaningless, nonsense accomplishments you post about, in your effort to convince yourself that you work for a company that has any redeeming qualities at all, so that you don't realise that the time you spend working for your truly dreadful employer could not be a more pointless waste of time, that your arms were left so tired to the point of paralysis by the effort, you were unable to even lift them up to the key board so you couldn't even contemplate replying to even one of the SEVEN 16 digit tracking numbers I sent to you. If that's the reason for your failure to respond, you should be all rested up by Monday morning, so I can expect your prompt response then, right? As if not, we're back to Unprogrammed, lmpolite, Untrained or Unable - and you don't want to leave us with that conclusion!
So, Evri and Louis the almost human Evri rep, this is what I am baffled about. Why was Louis only programmed to ask for 16 digit tracking numbers and (apparently) not programmed to take any action or make any response after receiving the requested 16 digit numbers. As, I can assume that this is why after sending SEVEN of the 16 digit numbers, I have heard NOTHING and Louis has apparently done NOTHING. If I had sent only 1 or 2 of the numbers in and heard NOTHING from Louis, then I might think I was just unlucky. But, when i sent SEVEN numbers to Louis and heard NOTHING back, that pretty much confirms that Evri didn't program Louis to do anything other than ask for 16 digit numbers. As the alternative is too appalling to consider. As, if the problem isn't that Evri forgot to program Louis to do anything other than ask for 16 digit tracking numbers, that would mean that Louis is either deliberately not doing anything after I sent him SEVEN numbers or he doesn't have the ability or training to do anything else. So, which is it? Unprogrammed? Impolite? Untrained? Or just unable? I've got a lot riding on this Evri as your failure to delivery anything on time is going to ruin my business. Which I really want to avoid
Your so-called 'helpline' is useless - I cannot get through to a service advisor, I just go round in circles with your automated call answering service which is less than useless. Terrible service. Your website is an exercise in futility, leading me round in circles. Trying to talk to a living breathing human being within your organisation is impossible. You should be embarrassed at the service you provide. I shall ensure that my organisation will never use your services and will actively encourage all those I know not to use your services either. It transpires you used to be Hermes, so I guess it's good to see you've taken the dire customer services they used to offer, and made them worse.
This Evri driver deliberately stole my daughters entire Christmas list, stole her package, he delivered one box instead of both but marked them both as delivered. He took a photo of the same box for both deliveries and stole one. I have video footage, NOBODY has got back to me. Evri are a terrible company, I’m literally turning to social media, please help me get my package back. Thanks 🙏 (I have all the evidence you need) here is the tracking number: H03LFA0048631462
You couldn’t commit to bu&ger all! Don’t make out you are done marvellous company. You don’t deal with complaints, your drivers don’t deliver , are abusive and aggressive and you do nothing. If I was part of the Armed Forces I’d want nothing to do with your company. You had to change your company name but nothing has changed. Your customer service is still appalling and nothing will ever change.

2wYou guys don't tell me your drivers are thieves, How can you pick up someone's parcel and steal it just to report you didn't take it and you are here promoting awards? Return my parcel otherwise your drivers who come here everyday to drop an item will pay for it.
