H045HC0017940991 – Evri got this one on the 1st December and it wasn’t until the 5th that it got “consolidated”, and you only got it to customs in Amsterdam on the 6th – and there it sits.   5 days on a 3–7-day delivery to only get it as far as customs? I assume you sent it by rowboat to Amsterdam.  When will this one get to its destination.  H045HC0017831635 – this is another one that defies belief!  You received this package on the 30th November, and it was only accepted at Heathrow on the 6th December!!!  Where has it been and why does it take a full week to get from Peckham to Heathrow? That’s 84 hours to travel 21 miles. At an average, moderate walking speed it takes approximately 7 hours to walk 21 miles.  That means that from the time you received this package until the time it reached Heathrow, it would have been possible to walk to Heathrow 12 TIMES!!!!   Even a snail travelling at average snail’s pace would take 100 hours to travel the same distance.  Is that really the kind of pace you seek to achieve as a KPI; If so, you definitely need to rebrand – “EVRI – we’re not as slow as a snail, but it’s close!” What is going on with this delivery? I continue to wait for some reply from you!

If you are in any shape or form a serious company, you should know that your Maidstone Branch has misleading techniques into tricking people that their parcel is out for delivery, when it is not. This particular one has been with you judging by the tracking information for three or more days now. Being a next day delivery service, it has been twice given the unrealistic slot of 1900-2100. Both times were canceled after the 21:00 mark. There has been no communication whatsoever with me although I somehow managed to leave instructions on the chatbot system. There seem to be no ways of communicating with actual people, this is my most disappointing experience with a delivery firm in the past 10 years. Don't believe me?: H04FBA0011475857

Evri, you’re an absolute farce. No customer service, and a diabolically poor track record. I’ve been trying to contact you for days. Your phone lines and live chat simply send you round and round in an automated loop. Emails go unreplied. How do you run a service based business with such disregard for the the quality of the service you provide, and have the audacity to act as though you care? It’s time regulators stepped in. Enough of the facade.

Desperately trying to get a hold of one of your business teams to arrange ad hoc / regular business collections. Please if someone could reach out to me this would be a huge help!

EVRI have been not delivering a number of parcels that have been placed in their hands by well established companies. Parcels are being marked “damaged” and then returned to sender. I can say this order was placed four times and each time an excuse was used. One being unable to locate address. This has been the case for the past few weeks with parcel just being “returned to sender”. EVRI need to look into this before making any other news. Sort the main issue out which is ensuring customers are receiving orders they have paid for. Some even next day delivery.

H045HC0018376642 – Evri received this package on the 4th December, which the tracking information confirms – but that’s it.  I realise it’s only been two days, so I shouldn’t have ridiculous expectations, but on a 3–7-day delivery, 2 idle days is more than 25% of the delivery time expectation.  What is the real status of this delivery? H045HC0018266512 – Evri received this one on 3 December, and again, that’s all the tracking information shows.  Another 3–7-day delivery so almost half the time has passed.  Should I assume that this one is never going to make it within the maximum 7-day period?  If you can’t meet your delivery goals – don’t mislead us and say you will.  I don’t need many more reasons to go to another delivery company, but if you can’t deliver packages within the time period you tell us, them we can at least decide if we want to go elsewhere!  When is this package going to reach its destination? To be continued ,,,

Your clearly the worst courier company I have had to deal with. I still haven't received my order which you were supposed to be delivering since your 1st so called attempt last Fri . Every time you say you will deliver in a specific time period you don't bother too and you just send a generic message saying that you will attempt the next working day 😡. This has been going on since last FRIDAY. I received a email from Claire in customer services saying she would be in contact within 48 hour's that was three days ago . When you call your so called customer service nu all you get is a bot and no actual human being this is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I want an actual human being to contact me asap so I can resolve this yet my parcels and then hopefully 🤞 I won't have to deal with your company ever again

Evri /Shein is so frustrating to their customers. I placed an order on 18th November, 2024 and until this minute i have not received my parcel:H023FA0837424745. Most annoying thing Evri / SHEIN SHEIN Distribution Corporation quickly updated in their app that items delivered when I have not received any items. Evri H023FA0837424745 is my order and I hope you will deliver my parcel if i did not receive my items i will apply legal acEvri /Shein is so frustrating to their customers.
