I scaled my last startup to tens of millions in revenue through M&A. Here was my playbook. Most believe M&A is for large companies. But startups trying to get to scale can run this play also. When we were just a couple million in revenue, we had already acquired our first rollup. Then we acquired a company 4x our size. In this week’s edition of The Founder’s Journey Podcast, I lay out the do’s and don’ts of growing your startup inorganically. 🔥 Listen and subscribe to the podcast today! 🤔 What the F is an MVP? 🎙️ Crazy good podcast by Chris Saad & 🤖 Yaniv Bernstein! For anyone with an entrepreneurial mindset, whether it’s in a huge company or a brand-new startup, it is necessary to grasp the Minimum Viable Product concept. Thank me later! 😊 Within the episode, there is an analogy: 🚗 “The problem you may be defining is getting from A to B. In your mind, you’ve designed a Ferrari—that’s the coolest, best, and fastest way to get from A to B. But the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of getting from A to B is not four Ferrari wheels. The MVP of getting from A to B is a scooter! A PUSH POWERED SCOOTER!” (He might not be screaming, but I got a little excited.) 🚀 "Ideas are cheap, but execution is where the magic happens. Listen as they talk about what it means to execute successfully as an early-stage startup." Spotify: https://lnkd.in/dGi88JzG https://www.tsp.show/ Interested?
