Eventbrite is great as long as nothing goes wrong. that is when you can find your self locked out of your own account and watch your payouts get sent to some unknown hackers. Don't expect to talk to a human being. Robotic irrelevant responses is all I got. No explanation as to how they got in. How long it was going on for. Who is the owner of the account it went to. I had done business with Eventbrite for years which is why I was surprised when I was hung up on and my calls were blocked when I managed to find their sales office number. Eventbrite has grown complacent which opens the door for their competitors. It is is from that hungrier group that I will be choosing a platform that actually responds to customer concerns.

My wife just hosted an event with you but is being denied pay out of the funds. Your support team is unable to tell us what is required in order to prove the event took place. We have provided Zoom documentation yet still they refuse to release. This doesn't build customer confidence in the service and feels like fraud.
