Power, and the privileges that come with it, behove those who wield it to deliver responsibly. They can effectively change the world – with the resources at their disposal. Will they do a better job than their predecessors (mainly men)? I trust they will make equitable space for vulnerable and at-risk women who are disempowered and oppressed. Hoping they can usher in an age of balance between people, planet, and profits.
