I know it is Friday when EY News (LinkedIn) is giving us the 5 must-reads for the weekend. The GenAL Gap message is good for the businesses. The AI ChatGPT need to be conveyed to retired people and people that arte looking for jobs. Simply because they need to know how to use it in the future. The people that are looking for jobs need to trained in case they get a job. Like I have stated repeatedly, whether you are young or old needs to understand the process of AI ChatGPT.

"Two years in, Generative AI has sparked significant interest in efficiency and productivity gains, but the true potential lies in redefining business models at scale. To unlock this, organizations must go beyond incremental improvements and evaluate the collective impact of GenAI technologies. Rethinking business model innovation—challenging hidden assumptions and embracing transformative possibilities—is key to staying competitive in this rapidly evolving landscape. This shift also demands addressing the research-product mismatch, ensuring that cutting-edge innovations align with real-world needs. By bridging this gap through early collaboration, cross-functional insights, and iterative feedback, businesses can turn breakthrough ideas into impactful solutions that drive meaningful change. #GenAI #BusinessTransformation #Innovation #FutureOfWork #ResearchToMarket"

Great perspective! GenAI has indeed unlocked unprecedented opportunities for operational efficiency and productivity, but its true potential lies in its ability to catalyze transformative shifts in business models. To fully harness this potential, businesses must adopt a more holistic approach—integrating GenAI not just as a tool for optimization, but as a strategic enabler for innovation. By challenging existing assumptions and exploring cross-functional use cases, companies can uncover new revenue streams, redefine customer experiences, and scale innovation at a pace previously unimaginable. The question isn't if GenAI can reshape your business, but how quickly you're ready to embrace it.

This is such a thoughtful list of ideas to enhance both personal and professional lives. Each point resonates, but the 4th, Wellbeing Wins, stands out the most. Prioritizing mental and physical health is essential not just for productivity but for overall happiness. It's a great reminder that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. Thank you for sharing.

Insightful read! It’s clear that GenAI, shifting consumer expectations, and cross-industry innovation are reshaping the future of business. The call to rethink business models and extend customer engagement, especially in industries like automotive, is spot on. Also, the emphasis on regulation as an enabler rather than a constraint highlights the balance needed for sustainable growth. Excited to see how these trends unfold and drive meaningful change across sectors!
