10 predictions for charcuterie in 2025. Naw, I’m kidding. The truth is, boards 𝘢𝘳𝘦 getting wild. Desserts, themes, DIY, Global fusion… But it’s Saturday people. C’mon. We’re a little frisky today so we went Med. Tabouli, stuffed grape leaves, tzatziki, and… … admittedly my first foray into Ithaca Hummus. 👉 Let me tell you, I get it now. 👈 Now why do we make boards? Yes, the ‘why’ matters here. Really, it's that they’re just so much flipping fun. Shopping becomes a treasure hunt. They’re a family event. It’s creative. We learn. Now I know your mom tells you not to play with your food. And I know your mom's a treasure. But she missed the mark here. For the brands and marketers out there… Taste is paramount, and price matters for sure. But people will find a way to invest in 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Give it to them by the numbers. #cpg #foodexperience

The way you really know that you did an amazing job raising your daughter. My daughter text me her first week of college at Mizzou as they had to go early in the summer since she was playing on their volleyball team, she asked me what cheese I would always buy and then sent me a photo of her first charcuterie board. It was beautiful and she said her teammates loved it. She WAS paying attention to something I was doing and I couldn't have been more proud. 😁 My dear friend and dietitian in Dallas (Board Mama) started the first corporate event training where people get ingredients and via Zoom she shows people how to build their boards to look amazing. She also makes Barkuterie Boards for dogs.:) Now a lot of people do it but I think she was the first.

Eric Martindale my wife may love charcuterie boards as much as you. She whipped this bad boy up for my daughter's graduation party this past Spring. Now we just need to add some Ithaca Hummus and NUFS to the mix. Any other suggestions for future boards? Jay Williams this is not AI generated.
