🌟 Exciting progress in our recent capital projects! 🌟 We wanted to take a moment to highlight the below post and the invaluable contributions of our team at Enovate as we give a huge credit to Tectonic Engineering Consultants, Geologists & Land Surveyors, D.P.C. for their leadership in this initiative.
Over the last 2 weeks, my team and I have been holding hands-on Project Management Scheduling workshops with all MTA C&D Delivery project leaders and controls professionals. This was the culmination of several months / years of back-of-house work developing schedule templates, manuals, and training modules, alongside teams implementing and rolling out Cloud P6 and project/program dashboarding technology. A massive thank you to my entire team for such a successful execution - Matt Gorman of th3rdcurve, Fredrick Redd, of PACO Group, Inc., and Syed Basim Hussain PMP of Enovate. It was great to see the fruits of our labor these past few days! Thank you to Dana Hecht, PMP SP ENV for her leadership of this task order effort from the beginning, to the rest of the C&D team who supported us the entire way (Bruce Earle, Marcia Duffus, Anthony, Peter, and the rest of the crew), and for everyone at C&D who attended these workshops and offered some excellent feedback and engagement.
