Our Marketing Team visited Husky Village 🐕 At Eneba (250+ strong!), each team has its unique approach to staying connected across the globe - from virtual quiz nights to VR adventures and dance classes. But this time, we chose the husky way! 🐾 In their latest team-building exercise, the Eneba Marketing Team went face-to-face with some furry teammates to tackle orientation challenges in the National Park. Two huskies per team meant double the fun (and double the strategy debates 😄). Some sprinted, some walked, but every team found their path to success! It was the perfect reminder that even though most of us work remotely, we're still one tight-knit group. Want to join the pack? Meet Aramis Ramirez, Associate PR Manager, Warcraft 🐉 "For a long time, I never felt I could be open about who I truly was. As a gay teen, I didn’t feel comfortable coming out to my family. Then I joined the Navy, during the ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ era. Video games became my escape. The World of Warcraft community accepted who I was without judgment. I made friends who cared about me even when I was deployed in war zones. After the Navy, I went back to school, freelanced as an esports writer, and met some folks from Blizzard. I got invited to the intern program, and I’ve been on the PR team ever since. Much like my time in the Navy, I work with the most passionate and diverse people in the industry who hail from all over the globe, from Australia to Sweden! They have selflessly supported me in my growth and learning from the day I joined. We share awesome experiences (and food!), work on the franchises that changed my life, and I learn about myself each day. It feels like a dream sometimes! For me, Pride is a time to reflect on my personal journey, and celebrate others on theirs. We’re all at different stages of learning to accept ourselves, and those around us. That journey never ends. Now, because I get to work in such an inspiring, accepting and positive culture, this journey is no longer scary for me like it used to be. To anyone wishing to get into gaming, let me pass on some wisdom from my mentor: Go seek out those who are doing your dream job. Connect with them. Listen to their advice. Spend time building up that network. If you’re lucky, you might find a mentor. Oh, and when you do make it to where you want to be, pay it forward. Be the mentor you needed when you were coming up. Make a difference." #BlizzardPride

What a wonderful experience! It is rightly said that pictures (visuals) speak louder than their counterparts. I'd an incredible experience learning about visual management for streamlining construction processes in this gamified webinar.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to facilitate the VM Game in a webinar organized by VisiLean Ltd. Approximately 40 participants from around the world (India, Brazil, UK, Spain, etc.) brought valuable insights about practical applications of Visual Management, which were discussed by myself and Paramjit Lota. I want to extend my gratitude to the VisiLean team that contributed to this collaborative project: Bhargav Dave, Paramjit Lota, Yashvi Bhatt, Khushal Trivedi, Aamera Kothawala. May it be the first of many to come. I eagerly await new collaborations. Also, special thanks to Daniela Viana for her technical support and ongoing partnership. If you're interested in knowing more about the VM Game, don't hesitate to contact me! #vmgame #visualmanagement

🎮From Pro Esports Player to Marketing Student! FUN FACT: I led a varsity-level esports team Discover how my esports journey honed critical skills that fuel success in the real-world workplace! 1️⃣ In Valorant, effective teamwork and communication were not just about coordinating strategies and adapting to teammates' playstyles, but also about fostering a deep understanding of each other’s strengths and preferences. This directly parallels the collaborative dynamics in workplaces, where clear communication and cohesive teamwork are essential for achieving shared goals and maximizing productivity. 2️⃣ Strategic thinking in Valorant involved analyzing opponents' tactics, adapting strategies on the fly, and making split-second decisions under pressure—all skills that seamlessly transfer to real-life work scenarios. Whether navigating market shifts, leading project teams, or planning long-term strategies, these abilities are invaluable for professionals striving to drive business success and achieve organizational objectives. 3️⃣ Esports taught me invaluable lessons in resilience and adaptability. Facing setbacks and learning from defeats are part of the journey, and maintaining focus under pressure is crucial. These skills are indispensable in workplaces where unexpected challenges, dynamic market conditions, and evolving project scopes require employees to remain resilient, agile, and proactive in achieving organizational goals. Shoutout to an ex-teammate Connor Bernard! 🚀 Embrace the lessons from esports—they're shaping me into a versatile professional ready to conquer any challenge in the modern workplace! #Valorant #Esports

🎉 Promotion Announcement (yes, I’m finally doing this!) 🎉 I'm thrilled to share (not overshare—I’ll get to that in a moment) that I’ve stepped into the role of Head of Channel & Partner Marketing Gaming for Central Europe and MEA, a couple of months ago. It’s been an exciting journey, filled with collaboration, challenges, and growth! Now, here's where it gets interesting... As someone who doesn’t believe in sharing every business milestone on social media, I hesitated before posting this. Science even backs me up—did you know that research suggests oversharing can lead to social media fatigue and a lack of genuine connection? In fact, studies show that people who are selective about what they share online are perceived as more trustworthy and competent (or maybe I’m just telling myself that! 😄). That’s why I didn’t post when we recently opened the Xbox Showroom Xperience in Germany’s largest Xperion store in Hamburg with our stellar presence team Lisa Rolke, Tobias Schnoor and Douglas McCready (oops!), when I had an incredible chat with Phil Spencer at Gamescom together with my fantastic colleagues Anastasia Serebrennik, Ollie Ivanova 🎮 and Bailey Kosdal this year (sorry for not name-dropping sooner!), or even about my allyship role for Women in Gaming at Gamescom Funda Yakin Özge Bozkurt Doyuran Alyona Babushkina (photo below for the curious 😄). But today seemed like a good moment to give a brief update and share my excitement about this new chapter. If we haven’t caught up in a while, feel free to reach out! Otherwise, you’ll likely find me quietly working behind the scenes, keeping the social media spotlight at a healthy distance. 😉 #newrole #channelmarketing #gaming #centralandmea #selectivesharing #worklifebalance #womeningaming #Xbox

As a producer, managing stakeholder and publisher relationships is essential for a game’s success. Through my time at Niantic, Microsoft, Blizzard, and HTXLabs, I've learned the importance of clear, consistent communication and trust-building with key players—whether internal teams, external publishers, or investors. Strong relationships align creative and business goals, keeping projects on track and ensuring everyone involved sees value. 🔍 Niantic, Inc.: Working on Ingress, I saw firsthand how critical it is to align internal and external partners, like Google, in both technical resources and creative direction. Transparent communication kept all teams aligned on technical integration and scaling. 🎮 Microsoft: With Forza Motorsport, collaboration with Xbox leadership was key. Balancing creative freedom, hardware requirements, and marketing timelines required ongoing dialogue to keep everyone in sync. ⚔️ Blizzard Entertainment: At Blizzard, I witnessed how early publisher buy-in for expansions like Shadowlands ensured that both creative and business needs were met. A shared understanding of the project’s direction kept progress smooth. 🚀 HTX Labs: Now, managing relationships with multiple clients, I focus on balancing client needs with project quality. Setting expectations and providing continuous updates keeps stakeholders informed and confident in the project’s direction. 🔑 Key Takeaways 1️⃣ Set Clear Communication: Establish regular touchpoints to align on goals, progress, and potential risks. 2️⃣ Align Creative & Business Objectives: Ensure both sides understand each other's priorities and constraints. 3️⃣ Manage Expectations: Transparency about challenges builds trust and prevents surprises. 4️⃣ Create Win-Win Scenarios: Successful projects ensure both studio and stakeholders feel their needs are met. 5️⃣ Foster Long-Term Relationships: These connections are invaluable for future collaborations. Clear communication, trust, and balancing creative with business needs are foundational for strong stakeholder and publisher relationships. As producers, nurturing these connections ensures that everyone—team members and backers alike—are aligned and invested in a project’s success. #GameDevelopment #StakeholderManagement #PublisherRelationships #Leadership #GameProduction #Collaboration

Every mile takes you somewhere new! 🛵💥 For Hero XOOM, we wanted to create something more than just an ad. We wanted a vibe—something unapologetically fun and thrilling. Here’s how we brought the Hero Xoom Combat Edition to life: 🔥 Tuned to the Culture: Today’s riders want more than just a commute. They crave personality, excitement, and unforgettable moments on the road. We immersed ourselves in the spirit of young riders. Sports became our creative lens, reflecting energy, skill, and pure exploration. 🔍 Seeing the Gap: We analyzed the sports affinity data for XOOM’s audience and selected the one which would resonate and also build excitement. By tapping into that pulse, we created a film that speaks to those who seek exploration in every ride. 💡 Bringing it to Life: Urmila Jitendra Pabale, national-level skateboarder and explorer, brought the spunk to the film. Her persona and skateboarding tricks amplified the sense of young energy that we wanted to communicate. 🎥 Beyond Features: From scripting to final cut, we focused on storytelling and product features that build excitement at every turn. Each shot was designed to build energy that draws the audience in. And with this, we captured the spirit of exploration in every frame! About two weeks ago, I posted about a personal and business brand refresh I had been diligently working on for a while. Since then, life has become a rollercoaster ride—one that I am not enjoying at all (and trust me, I love rollercoasters). 🫠 Here are a couple of updates from my end (and if you’re looking for motivation, I'm sorry but you won't find it here - in this post): House-hunting in Mumbai during a heatwave? You could make a pool out of the sweat dripping down my body. 🏊♂️ Gig-hunting during peak placement season (or at least that’s what it feels like)? It’s like we’re all part of some corporate version of the Hunger Games. 🏹 And just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse (yes, I learned my lesson—things can absolutely get worse), my social media accounts for both my personal and business brands have been taken down by Meta. Why? We may never know since Meta doesn’t respond to commoners, it seems. 🙄 Poof! Gone without a trace. Starting from scratch it is? To be honest, I don’t know. I’ve been feeling pretty beat lately. The universe has a funny way of keeping us on our toes, doesn’t it? 👀 . . . That’s it, that was the rant. If you read the whole post, tell me in the comments—how do you cope when everything seems to be going wrong? 🤔 . . . I am also quite aware that my current situation is in no way comparable to what is happening around the world. Please know that before commenting along those lines. #ArushiSaysWhat #WorkWithArushi #LifeUpdates #LIPostingChallengeIndia #Rant? #HousehuntingInMumbai #Heat #CopingMechanisms #JobHunting #SorryForTheHashtags
