Good day everyone! Wow it’s already April, are you still on track to reach your goals? After a holiday or long weekend like we just had it’s often quite a challenge to get the motivation back and get back into the rhythm of your plan. Now there’s nothing wrong with having a break, a few days to kick back and relax. If you had factored this into your plan there would be very little post holiday stress because you would still be on track to meet your goals. So again it’s really important to take into account as many factors as possible that could influence your plan. It’s very motivating to stay be up to date with your plan, been motivated to achieve your goals is a fantastic state of mind to be in and goes a long way to getting you over the finish line. If you find yourself been demotivated, struggling to find the time to do what you need to or want to, beaten yourself up because you not accomplishing what you should, don’t be afraid to reach out for help. A coach will be able to help you to get back on track, maybe formulate a plan B. A coach will find ways to get you motivated again and achieve your goals. Have an amazing week.

Discovering Your True Self is a journey worth taking. In a world filled with noise and expectations, finding our true selves can feel like a daunting task. Yet, this journey of self-discovery is essential for leading a fulfilling and authentic life. Here are some steps that have helped me and others on this path: 1. Self-Reflection: Take time to reflect on your values, passions, and strengths. Journaling or meditative practices can provide clarity on what truly matters to you. 2. Listen to Your Inner Voice: Pay attention to your intuition and inner desires. Often, we already know what we want, but external influences can drown out our inner voice. 3. Embrace Vulnerability:Being honest with yourself about your fears, insecurities, and dreams is crucial. Vulnerability is a strength that leads to genuine self-awareness. 4. Seek Feedback: Engage with trusted friends, mentors, or coaches who can offer objective insights about your strengths and areas for growth. Sometimes, others can see what we cannot. 5. Experiment and Explore: Try new activities, hobbies, or roles. Exploration helps you discover what resonates with you and what doesn't. 6. Let Go of Perfection: Accept that finding your true self is a process. There is no perfect version of you, only a more authentic one. 7. Align with Your Values: Make decisions that reflect your core values. When your actions are in harmony with your beliefs, you'll feel more connected to your true self. Finding your true self is a continuous journey, not a destination. It's about peeling back the layers of societal expectations and rediscovering the unique individual you were always meant to be. 1. Of 2. Meaningful goals lead to clear plans. Clear plans lead to massive action. Massive action leads to greater results. That is why you must START with CLEAR, meaningful goals. The first step in getting anywhere you want to go is to KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING. If you don’t know where you are going, the chances of getting where you WANT are not very good. So first ask yourself what you really want from your life. What do you want within the next 5-10 years? Write down a clear description of the person you would be, the people who would be in your life, the health and fitness you would have, the wealth and abundance – everything you want in great detail. Once you have that you might want to ask yourself WHY. WHY do you want this life? WHY MUST YOU HAVE IT? There’s a famous quote by Nietzsche that says “He who has a WHY to live for can bear almost any HOW.” This means that with a “WHY”… with a deep and meaningful purpose, ANYONE can overcome almost any “HOW”… almost anything life throws in our path. This is important, because simply being human we KNOW that life will throw many obstacles in our path. Without a strong REASON WHY most people will turn around, give up… most people will quit.
