If your "training" looks like this, we need to talk! We recently worked with an organisation who loved documents so much they sent out 250+ pages of printed information to their new starters. The problem was, they didn't understand the difference between 'documentation' and 'training'. (Hint - training works best when people can actually practice something.) And truth be told, they were not getting the buy-in they needed, and their staff kept saying they needed 'more training' (No, that doesn't mean 'more paper'!) Don't get us wrong - It's vital to have processes documented, and polices published, but that's not the same thing as training people to actually apply them. We can help design training (either face to face or digital) that aligns with your processes and policies, and gives your team opportunities to put them into practice. We'll work with you to find real-world examples to use, and real-world consequences for failure. You are the process and subject-matter experts, we're the training experts. Together we make an awesome team! Let's have a coffee, and see if we can make some magic together. https://lnkd.in/gXmvSVXp

"Time Schedule" -Every training will be started with the time schedule or run down of the training. -time schedule is created based on syllabus of training subject. -the training subject is deternined by the competency need on the industry. -the competency is got from the experience, lesson learn and best practice. time schedule also can be considered as Annual training schedule callendar. so every stake holder can plan based on this time schedule, when they must send the staff to the training center either to get 1. Awareness knowledge/training 2. Initial training 3. Recurrent/Refresh training 4. intermediate / advance training 5. Special/Taylor made or custom training as per request or promote it. #trainingmatters
