Then I went out into the big world - #England, #Brazil, #Spain, #Indonesia, #Singapore, #Philippines, where I lived. And then I visited a lot of other countries all over the world. So where am I from? To me the planet is my home, I don’t really have one place - but Spain of course! I am a holistic practitioner, I teach #reiki and #meditation - Buddhist #meditation and Tibetan Buddhist studies. What does living a good life mean to you? To live a peaceful life. To be at #peace with yourself. To be at peace with your surroundings, to be at peace with the world. What intentional activity has had the greatest impact in your life? I think #travelling, understanding - because when we're traveling and living in different countries, and learning to understand other people's backgrounds, behaviours, thinking, education. I think that brings what we call unconditional #love. That we don't have the fear of other people who are not from the same place or the same #mindset as ourselves. What intentional activity could make the biggest difference in your community? I think again, going back to being yourself - #meditate, meditate, meditate! Realising that the answers are not out there, but they are within you. And #trust yourself, especially women - trust yourself. So a one line message of hope for the world? Don't fear it. Don't fear things and don't listen to media. And let go of the fear and look at the beauty, look at the #positivity instead of focusing on the negativity or on the fear. One of the easiest and most enjoyable meditation practices anyone can do: Go to a waterfront and stare at the waves. Water has a deeply therapeutic effect on us. So much so that it's reflected in the prices of waterfront properties compared to landlocked ones. Floating, swimming, drinking...just interacting with water and engaging our many senses with it has a lot of health benefits.
