How to make your reflection time work for you. Every day, write down at least one thing you learned from the day. At the end of the week, review all 7 (or more) insights. You'll start to see patterns or compelling lessons you may have forgotten in the day-to-day. This is just one simple exercise to make forward progress. Give it a shot. Or not. Either way, you're doing great! :)

Simple instructions for those of us who question everything ▶️ Step one: Don’t apologise for asking, Why? Even when it makes people uncomfortable. Especially then. ▶️ Step two: Start with the small things. Why do I approach my day this way? Why did I stay silent when I feel differently? ▶️ Step three: Stop trying to understand it all at once. Don’t ask for perfection, only curiosity. ▶️ Step four: Embrace that half the answers won’t come easily. Good. You’re not looking for easy, you’re looking for real. ▶️ And step five? Question it all, then let it be. Some of the best insights happen not because we find answers, but because we learn to sit with questions.
