In my 30s, I worked for a company that invested in my education for 10 consecutive quarters, including spending money on courses for me to attend online and offline. That 2.5 years was pivotal in the direction I wound up taking my career. So while I didn’t spend my own money, the courses were critical as I looked to level up.
