If you want to go to bed a little earlier but often struggle? Remember this - 👉 Early evening light delays your internal clock, making you want to go to bed later. 👉 Early morning light advances your internal clock, making you want to go to bed earlier. 👉 So get the lights off/down in the early evening as much as possible (if its sunny wear sunglasses as the sun is going to be waaaay stronger than internal house/work lights) and get out for an early morning walk to improve your chances of earlier sleep. And do the opposite if you want to go to bed later. Do this regularly to literally train your body so that, over time, it becomes easier. (incidentally we don't think early afternoon daytime light influences this much either way!)

Do you struggle to wake up early in the morning? Here’s 5 tips 🚀 1. Gradually adjust your bedtime by 15-30 minutes earlier each night 2. Wake up at the same time every morning (it’ll feel hard at first; then quickly gets easier!) 3. Expose yourself to natural light (outside) first thing in the morning 4. Avoid screens within 1 hour of going to bed (replace with a relaxing activity like reading) 5. No caffeine with 6-10 hours of bed Why should you do this? - You’ll have more time in the morning - You’ll feel more energetic during the daytime - You’ll learn what your body is truly capable of physically and mentally as you are well-rested Any other tips? Disrupted sleep can sometimes lead to more flare-ups, and the sudden schedule change might throw off their usual routines. To make this adjustment smoother, try sticking to a calming bedtime routine—dim the lights, keep their room cozy, and help them wind down a little earlier. A good night’s rest can make a big difference in keeping their skin comfortable. A gentle transition can go a long way in helping them feel at ease. Feeling overwhelmed lately? You're not alone. Stress and anxiety can hit hard, and it's not just in your head—it's a physical response. If you find yourself breathing too quickly or your heart racing, here’s a simple tip that can help you find instant relief. 💜 Hold your upper arms gently. 💜 Relax and drop your shoulders. 💜 Follow your breath for just a moment. Want to know why this works and how you can stay calm in any situation? As a short intro - it opens the chest, regulates breathing, and opens pathways to release excess tension. It works, and it's different than if you hold your elbows. I invite you to share whether this hold helps you today or if another tip was more helpful.
