Was it worth going to Web Summit 2024? Last week, Lucia Drobná, Miroslava Filčáková, and I attended one of the busiest conferences in Europe. Here are my top takeaways—for my future self and for you! ✅ Reach out to cool speakers via LinkedIn. 📲 Ask VC friends about hidden side events and WhatsApp groups. 📅 Start booking meetings 2 weeks in advance. 🍴 Not all events with “dinner” in the name have fulfilling catering! 🛬 Arrive 1–2 days before the conference to be fresh on Day 1.
