Weekend Video: Daily Dose of Triumphs: Celebrating Our Small Wins! Do you know that today's victories are the steps paving your path to tomorrow's triumphs? In this latest upload, we discuss the powerful practice of acknowledging our daily wins and what it means for our broader goals. I recorded this video late Sunday night because I was determined to keep my promise of a weekend post, irrespective of how packed my schedule was. That's a win for me, and I am celebrating it! Celebrating isn't just about popping confetti for the big milestones; it's also about recognizing and applauding the small, incremental actions that edge us closer toward our aspirations, each and every day. Watch the full video to find out why taking a moment to honor your progress can be a game-changer. If this video sparks something within you, be that friend who ignites the same in others. Share it with those who could benefit from a little celebration in their everyday life. https://lnkd.in/gjPj7HZr

Let’s Talk About Mental Health As we wrap up the year, I’ve been reflecting on the importance of mental health - not just in the workplace, but in every aspect of our lives. In my role as a Senior Farm Safety Advisor with the Victorian Farmers Federation’s Making Our Farms Safer program, I see firsthand how tough life on the land can be. Long hours, isolation, financial pressures, and the relentless demands of farming all take a toll on mental health. The need to support each other has never been greater. That’s why we are proud about the launch of ‘Harvesting Change: the Rural Mental Health Handbook’ a resources that has been developed to help our farming community navigate the unique challenges they face, with practical tools and strategies to support mental well-being. The handbook is part of our ongoing commitment to Making Our Farms Safer and ensuring the well-being of those who work tirelessly to put food on our tables. This concern is deeply personal to me. Whether it’s ensuring a safe and supportive workplace, promoting conversations around mental health at home, or planning ways to prioritise self-care, we all have a role to play. To my network: let’s normalise these conversations, check in with one another, and advocate for better mental health support in all areas of life. Whether you’re in farming, corporate, or somewhere in between, your mental well-being matters. Let’s build a stronger, healthier future together. #MentalHealthMatters #FarmSafety #HarvestingChange #CommunitySupport #EndTheStigma
The big launch is TOMORROW. We can't wait to see you there!
