I've experimented with a variety of digital health and consumer health products over the years. Aside from the core focus of diet, exercise, and "sickcare" (like my appendectomy in Jan '23!), here’s a breakdown of what I’ve tried and stopped using, what my current "health stack" looks like, and what I’m interested in trying in the future: ⬅ Tried in the past, but no longer using: --Dreampad Sleep (sleep tech) --WHOOP (wearable health tracker) --AG1 (daily supplement) --Hostage Tape (mouth tape while sleeping--no longer needed as I switched to "default mouth closed" and nose breathing) --Talk therapy via telehealth --A variety of different supplements 🔵 Currently using: --Create Wellness (creatine gummies) --Concept2, Inc. rower (one exercise exception here) -- Eight Sleep (sleep optimization) --Mad Hippie and The Ordinary (skincare, which I’ve started prioritizing in my 40s thanks to Colorado’s dry, high-altitude climate) --Ultima Replenisher Hydration—extra important in CO) --Elo Health smart gummies (posted about this last week) ➡ Considering for the future: --Heart health: With a family history of heart attacks, I’ve been doing blood diagnostics for decades (wish I had all that data!). Thinking of taking it further with services like Hello Heart, Ventricle Health, or Heartbeat Health. --Brain health: Dementia runs in my family, so I would love to learn if others have any preventive measures here, both for loved ones and for myself. --Cold plunge + sauna: Deep in research mode here and can't wait to invest in these healthy "luxuries" — anyone have experience with Plunge? --GI care like Cylinder or Oshi Health --Diagnostics: want to look into whole-body MRI and regular blood testing with a place to house / visualize the data. Any tips here? --Longevity: Interested in learning more about products or services that increase health span. Any recommendations? Always excited to experiment with ways to live a longer, healthier life. Let me know if you've tried any of these or have suggestions! #DigitalHealth #PerformanceMarketing
