This boutique 38-storey building features 56 half-floor, and 3 full-floor luxury apartments, designed by Fraser & Partners Associate Architect Alexandra Gilley and her team. It stands as a statement of minimalist design - where the unnecessary is stripped away to reveal the essence of structure and space. Rooted in an Australian context, this building redefines the quintessential Australian architecture. From locally sourced materials to a design that celebrates the coastal environment, 22 Mary Avenue offers a contemporary interpretation of place, community, and simplicity.
