So here are some of my predictions for 2025... ✨ 🇺🇸 Europe has been looking to the US market, with companies expanding internationally and smaller businesses prioritizing the US due to ongoing MDR/IVDR challenges. This has fueled a need for professionals with US expertise - a trend set to continue into the new year, with an emphasis on 510(k)/PMA/de novo pathways over CE marking. 🚀 Strategies for the new year include innovation and significant investment in new product development. Expanding product portfolios - whether through NPD or acquisitions - is taking front and centre. This shift will drive strong demand for QARACL experts with hands-on experience in the development phase of the product lifecycle. 🤖 Buzzword of the year, AI/ML, continues to dominate heading into 2025, with companies exploring off-the-shelf solutions, custom tools and AI-driven devices. But something that has been bubbling a bit more quietly has been sustainability, until now... 🌍 Industry leaders are increasingly talking about how sustainability is rising rapidly as a standalone priority, set to play a major role in 2025 strategies.
