Why Do Companies Rely on Staffing Agencies? In today's fast-paced and ever-evolving business landscape, finding the right talent quickly is crucial. That's why many companies across Canada are turning to staffing agencies, especially in specialized fields like electrical engineering and project management. Here are a few reasons why: 1.) Expertise in Niche Markets: Staffing agencies have deep knowledge of specific industries. For electrical roles, we understand the unique skill sets and certifications needed, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates are presented. 2.) Time Efficiency: The hiring process can be time-consuming. From posting job ads to screening resumes and conducting interviews, it’s a long road. We streamline this process, allowing companies to focus on their core operations while we handle the heavy lifting. 3.) Flexibility: Whether it's for a short-term project or a permanent placement, staffing agencies provide flexibility. We cater to your specific needs, whether you require temporary staffing during peak periods or a long-term solution. 4.) Access to a Broader Talent Pool: Staffing agencies maintain extensive networks of professionals. This gives companies access to top talent that might not be actively searching but are open to the right opportunity. 5.) Reduced Hiring Risks: Hiring the wrong person can be costly. Our thorough vetting process ensures that candidates not only have the right qualifications but also align with your company’s culture and values. 🔑 🔓How can labour hire unlock your next project?🔑 🔓 After extensive discussions with various electrical companies in Melbourne, I've pinpointed the top 3 benefits they find with utilizing electricians through labour hire on their projects. ⚡ Flexibility and Scalability: Labour hire allows you to scale your workforce up or down based on project needs without the long-term commitment of permanent hires. This adaptability ensures you have the right number of electricians for peak periods or specialised tasks. ⚡ Access to Specialised Skills: Fetch Recruitment provides access to a pool of highly skilled candidates ( 250,000+) with experienced electricians who are proficient in the latest technologies and industry standards. This means you can bring in the precise expertise needed for complex projects. ⚡ Cost Efficiency: Hiring electricians on a temporary basis can be more cost-effective than maintaining a full-time team. You save on recruitment, training, and other employee-related expenses while paying only for the hours worked on site. Hiring and retention strategies for Electrical Contractors! I read this post from the IEC about recruitment and retention strategies, which I will attach a link below. The point that stood out to me was "Hiring a recruitment agency that specializes in construction can also be helpful when searching for applicants." Hiring a specialist Recruitment Consultancy to help you in your search can relieve pressure internally, get candidates that are not openly on the market, and help build a recruitment strategy long term. ‘ETOTO Talent’ inbound lmao We’re running an ad campaign for a client looking to hire full / part time electricians, while also generating leads for solar installations & here’s wag1 so far: 🔧 22 job applications for only £187 (£8.54 per lead) 🔋 18 solar leads with an average order value of £11,500 for just £1,012 To put that in perspective: If they’d used a recruitment agency, they’d likely be shelling out anywhere between £3,500 and £15,000 for a single placement (10% - 30% of candidates first year salary) Instead, our recruitment ads are bringing in qualified candidates directly, at a fraction of the cost Alongside these job leads, we’re driving actual business with high-value solar leads, offering an ROI that a recruitment agent just can’t compete with If you’re looking to fill roles AND boost revenue, maybe it’s time to rethink where those budgets go Why pay high recruitment fees when you could be investing in lead-gen & recruitment simultaneously? Have a gooden x #socialmedia #solarpv #recruitment

Ever felt like there's some secret recruitment formula to getting candidates for your jobs? Massive (well known) spoiler alert: there isn't! 🕵️♂️ Its so competitive out there in construction right now. Recruitment and retaining people are ALWAYS in the Top 3 challenges on site to every leader, manager, or director I speak to. Everyone is feeling it at all levels. Recruitment isn't complicated, but.... There's a lot of variables that have to be managed simultaneously. And consistently. - Success doesn't come knocking; you've got to chase it down. Put in the hours, sweat the details, and your efforts will eventually compound. - Rome wasn't built in a day. And neither is a decent recruitment strategy. Stay consistent in your efforts, and keep adapting. This is the big one for me 👇 - Behind every CV is a human. Lots with dependants/families, and with their own career needs and aspirations. All have a story to tell. Connect on a human level, listen and feedback. These 3 parts are the solid foundations of any recruitment strategy. But they need to be done every day. Day in day out. If you need help with your own recruitment strategy get in touch. Looking for a new electrical QA/QC, SAP, E&I, or Commissioning role? Worried about using a recruitment agency? A common concern we hear is paying a fee for an engineer, only to see them leave right after the three-month rebate period. That’s money down the drain, and all that time spent recruiting can feel like a waste. Here’s the good news: Over 90% of the engineers placed by HVAC Recruitment Limited are still in their roles a year later! So what’s behind this impressive stat? It’s the strong relationships we build, day in and day out, with both our clients and candidates. Our team takes the time to really understand each business we work with. In return, we gain valuable insights from our partners about what makes their company tick, allowing us to place the right people in the right roles. It’s this investment in long-term partnerships that leads to lasting success.

Five reasons to use me as a recruiter! 1️⃣ Communication- in the world of recruitment communication is key, my process is clear and transparent 2️⃣ Honest & Open- Some recruitment companies will tell you they have availability when in fact they don't, I will explain how I get my workers, and if I can't help on your project maybe due to Location or rate, I will be honest with you. 3️⃣ A quality working Relationship- I am not one for just emailing and calling, any chance I can get I love being on the road and visiting people. 4️⃣ I work for a great company- Here at Storm Associates we care about what we do, no job is too big or small and we take great pride in knowing we are helping. 5️⃣ I am good at my job. Recruitment is 24/7 whether it is 7 am or 7 pm I am only a phone call away and happy to help. I will admit when I mess up - nobody likes to admit they make mistakes but it happens when we work with people. Actions speak louder than words..... if you need support on your projects it's simple - give me a call and I can assure you I will do my very best and offer an extremely high level of service. 📱 07554165802 ✉ Gareth@storm-associates.co.uk 📨 https://lnkd.in/eFvutx3g #Mechanical #Electrical #recruitment #nationwide #timetochange #temp #perm
