Big day for SITE Technologies as we released our newest AI product called SITE Inventory AI. Put simply, we're using AI to automate the counting of exterior assets such as parking spots, bollards, HVAC units, light posts and more. Our customers were telling us that they struggled with accurate counts and the time and risk associated with sending someone out to a facility to manually do this. SITE's newest product release takes me back almost 10 years ago, when we realized a significant challenge that most of our customers faced with their facilities. At that time, I was working at our family's national paving business and received a call from one of the largest facility owners in the United States, asking for something I assumed they would already possess. Their request was to visit, count and inventory parking stalls at over 200 of their facilities across the country. This request was astonishing to us, first the sheer man hours that it required to complete this task but also a major corporation, who invested billions annually in facility maintenance had been operating without simple data like this. After digging deeper, it was apparent that the overall lack of data available to these facility owners was much deeper than parking stalls and stunted their maintenance efficiency. This problem was one of the many we witnessed that led to the inspiration of SITE, giving our customers the ability to hold this information and much more at their fingertips. Fast forward to today as we continue to build upon our platform, we have launched SITE's Inventory AI, which provides this crucial data—along with many other valuable insights—at the click of a button. No more time-consuming, expensive travel to get boots on the ground, only to deliver inaccurate and unstructured data. Check out this exciting new release!
